The front service and customer service was amazing when we first entered. My only concern was that when we met with the doctor, the doctor didn't provide us very much information at all. She just immediately referred us, which left us with a little bit of uncomfortable and questioning and just not knowing. So it was just concerning that she gave us no information, but just a referral.

She made me feel like we mattered to her and we were not just a patient in a chart to her. Also the new look to the office is amazing and has a great feel to it.

One bad experience was the newest front office receptionist: she was very rude. This is my second time dealing with her and she is not very kind, not a great asset to the practice. Overall, wonderful experience, just need to to get rid of the receptionist who checks in people, her attitude needs to be better.
