Dr. Mckie is an excellent provider, very thorough, very punctual. Whenever I send a message through MyChart, either her or someone on her team, they respond very promptly. To get my daughter a CPAC was a pretty seamless process. She is now sleeping much better than before we saw Dr. Mckie, so definitely pleased with her bedside manner and how she takes care of her patients.

We were very impressed by Dr. Marquis and her entire team. They made us feel very comfortable and we left their office feeling very positive about our child's future and very positive about their ability to help treat our son.

I like our provider, however you've asked nothing about the checking experience. My son's appointment was made for 240p. When I checked him in we were told it was at 340. Unbeknownst to myself or the physician, the appointment had been changed without our knowledge. As a paren, I've been intentional in creating and maintaining a medical home at CHOG for my medically complex son. However, this merger has me at the point to seek care from another facility. Four of my son's specialists have left this institution and the ONLY way we learned about it has been when I called to schedule or confirm an appointment. These are specialists who have been a part of my son's care team for 5-16 years. I find it disturbing, disrespectful and highly unprofessional to not notify patient's when their long-term specialist is leaving, especially when you as an institution had advanced notice and date of their retirement. I can't and won't in good conscience recommend parents to this facility anymore.

She allowed him to participate in his care, have him options to help until we can get his sleep study scheduled, and praised him for the progress he has tried to make on his own while acknowledging how difficult it had been for him. We are grateful for her and look forward to working with her to improve my son's quality of life .
