The wait time is absolutely rediclous. Twice ive walked out of an appointment because there was a"miss communication." Waiting for hours is unacceptable and not necessary.

Compliment to Lady who was checking us in. She was friendly snd positive despite the computer and signature pad not working and several people waiting. I think her name was Latonia. Also everyone was professional. I love Dr. Mckie, Deirdre, Dabney, Sue, Susanna and Erin. Also Tracy and Deb RT.
