I need to get A 1095 form and im having difficulty retrieving it. They gsve me a number at the desk but they were not able to help.I changed insurance for the new year.i had Ambetter last year now with BC BS.Dr. K is good and he listened to me. I like him and am glad i could keep him with the insurance change.

Dr. Kara is a fantastic doctor. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Bedside manner was A1. Technician was very nice and friendly. She did a great job with my vaccination. Also, the lab was great and made me feel at ease when taking my blood.

Doctor was over 30 minutes late despite me being there 30 minutes early. Wellstar is still only known for closing hospitals people depend on, the least yall can do is be on time.

Dr Kara has been one of the best doctors for me. He takes time to go over things and offer suggestions that I would not have thought about otherwise. I hardly ever have to wait more that 5 mins when I have an appointment. I can't say enough great things about him. Great guy! I highly recommend him!!!!

I like how easy our conversations are. He's a great doctor. I have recommended him to another friend of mine, leaving our doctor retire, whatever, but I have also recommended Dr. Kara to my best friend. Dr. Kara is a great physician and everyone at the practice is awesome.
