Doctor and nursing staff were all incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, very patient. Service time was very quick, wait time was very short. And as somebody who doesn't have great veins, the fact that when I needed blood drawn, it was done with the first stick, so I didn't need holes in both arms. There was no residual bruising, that was fantastic. It meant a lot.

When I arrived at the doctor's office everyone treated me with respect and they were very professional as I seen how they treated me and other patients I knew I was in the right spot they made me feel very comfortable. Then wihen Dr. Kara came in to see me he was very knowledgeable & compassionate also very smart he explained everything to me took the time to make sure I understood everything answered all my questions. A good visit with Dr. Kara, but now I'm trying to answer/complete the follow up emails. And now My Chart Central, I look at my computer maybe (1) time during the day. I don't have a medical degree and getting all of these emails can discourage a person to go for a Dr. appointment or doing the on line organizational "must (?) do" I hope completing the Chart Central can help us both to reduce the time with so many duplication related reminders.... Thank You and have a great day...
