My apt with Dr. Kara was canceled at the last minute TWICE. Each time a few days before my apt I received a note in MyChart saying the provider canceled and that I need to reschedule - no one from the office even bothered to call me. This happened twice and I called and she just said "these things happen" and it was completely on me to work out a new. This was after I took time off work to be there twice. Not professional.

The phlebotomist who took my blood: Tell her it's just a job. It's not a big deal. Relax. She was tense when she came to get me. She eventually relaxed. She never said a word about anything being wrong, but I sensed she was bothered about something. She should not let coworkers get on her nerves. She should not get on her coworkers' nerves. She should stay alert and on her post, being proactive, attentive to the list, and just flow with the workload. Relax! ??

Having to wait 45 mins for lab work is rather excessive. If you're short on staff, offer alternatives like going to other Wellstar locations to get lab done, if convenient.
