There's nothing else that you guys need to do. You were fantastic. Everything was amazing. From the care, from the doctor, to the nurses, to the receptionist, everything was just amazing. I would refer your practice to any and everybody in the world. Anybody I ever came in encounter with, I would let them know. You guys are amazing. You love the service.

The doctor had zero knowledge of a particular medication I mentioned and recommended surgery for a condition easily treated by an inexpensive medication.

Hi, perhaps maybe internal operations could have a more streamlined communication when medical requests come through via fax and are uplated into MyChart. We had an issue where I came in specifically for a surgical clearance and had the office of the surgical orthopedic fax over the clearance form, surgical clearance form, and it was not received even though they confirmed they had faxed it over. The nurse that was caring for me to do, you know, the pre-assessments before I actually saw the doctor, she was kind enough to double check and sure enough, it was there. They just had not acknowledged the facts. So if that fact, she did not double check, my whole day would have been ruined and to set up my schedule for surgery would have been a failure on my end, meaning that I would have ?

I would like to see better co-ordination between my Pharmacy (Wallgreens) and Wellstar, regarding scheduled medications and recommended vaccinations. I'm not a fan of multiple trips.

I love Dr. Kara's practice. I love Dr. Kara. I am a new patient as of May. I've been thrilled with my service with the doctor and with the practice and the ease in scheduling an appointment. I love my chart and how my results are there. So I love what they're doing and keep up the good work.

Love my Dr but this was the fastest appt I've had with him. Discussed getting a flu shot, we both obviously forgot that. Prescription sent to wrong provider for main ailment visit. When my prescription service reaches out to get a prescription renewed, I ALWAYS have to follow up, as they get no response. Very frustrating. I know Wellstar is all about the money, but the fukin patient comes first, not fees.
