When I arrived at the doctor's office everyone treated me with respect and they were very professional as I seen how they treated me and other patients I knew I was in the right spot they made me feel very comfortable. Then wihen Dr. Kara came in to see me he was very knowledgeable & compassionate also very smart he explained everything to me took the time to make sure I understood everything answered all my questions. I can see myself staying with Dr car for as long as I live

A good visit with Dr. Kara, but now I'm trying to answer/complete the follow up emails. And now My Chart Central, I look at my computer maybe (1) time during the day. I don't have a medical degree and getting all of these emails can discourage a person to go for a Dr. appointment or doing the on line organizational "must (?) do" I hope completing the Chart Central can help us both to reduce the time with so many duplication related reminders.... I need to get A 1095 form and im having difficulty retrieving it. They gsve me a number at the desk but they were not able to help.I changed insurance for the new year.i had Ambetter last year now with BC BS.Dr. K is good and he listened to me. I like him and am glad i could keep him with the insurance change.
