Dr. Corenza Franklin and her office are extremely professional. She is a wonderful care provider, a great listener. She's able to explain things in a way that is easy for the patient to understand. The nurse or physician's assistant, Sharice, was wonderful. The front desk staff, Alexis and that team were wonderful. And even the phlebotomist, I'm trying to remember the phlebotomist's name, she was wonderful as well. The entire team is great, and I definitely would refer anyone to them. Oh, the phlebotomist's last name is Dovey. She also was great.

It allowed her to pay more attention to me, the patient, make eye-to-eye contact, which was very great. She took my concerns to handy. The nurse, Sharice, when she checked me in, she was super polite, super friendly, very warm. And the, The person who drew my blood, I believe her name was Dorothy, she did an amazing job. I don't drink a lot of water, but she was still able to get the blood sample that she needed without causing any harm or pain to me.
