I am so grateful that a friend of mine that goes to Dr. Franklin recommended her, She was absolutely wonderful, personable, yet professional, and caring. It was my first visit with Dr. Franklin and I am switching from an other provider outside of Wellstar and choosing Dr. Franklin as my primary care from now on.

Dr. Franklin was amazing, compassionate, caring, made us feel like we were the only patients on her schedule. She took great time, very empathetic, and made us feel safe and well cared for. The entire staff from the beginning of the phone call when I scheduled the appointment to leaving that day was excellent care. Dr. Karensa Franklin was amazing! From the time I entered the office, I was greeted with friendly smiles and awesome customer service. The CCMA brought me back ASAP to the examination room, listened and really cared about what was going on with me. She detailed what she was going to do. After collecting/updating my records e.g, she brought the doctor in. This was my first visit as my new Primary Care Doctor. Dr Franklin was pleasant, very professional and she listened to me ... I had a lot going on. She tackled each concern with care, educated me on all of my concerns, fixed what was broke, spent time reviewing my file and asking questions ... she really cared. I am going to be very happy with my Primary Care Doctor.

Dr. Franklin was amazing, compassionate, caring, made us feel like we were the only patients on her schedule. She took great time, very empathetic, and made us feel safe and well cared for. The entire staff from the beginning of the phone call when I scheduled the appointment to leaving that day was excellent care.
