I am so grateful that I found you guys and scheduled an appointment with you guys. It is hard to start a new provider and start a new clinic, so you guys made me feel really welcome and leave her throughout the whole visit. So 10 plus all throughout, everything was bad. The only thing, which is a small minor detail that people time in a tendency get, is making sure that you are being confidential when you are discussing the patient's information. I'm not talking about the doctor, but I'm talking about like the frontline staff. I know it's a small space, so it's not, it's really hard to be quiet, but kind of being, being preservative, I don't know the right words, hard to do this over the phone, but being mindful of how loud you want to say a patient's diagnosis, a frontline, a front staff member that says my diagnosis out loud in front of ?

Dr Franklin is so kind and compassionate and proactive about helping. I've been through a lot lately and I feel so grateful to have her on my team. She's the only doctor I feel safe with after bad experiences with others. I chose to keep my insurance and continue using Wellstar even after my insurance went up almost 500 percent this year because she's so amazing and I couldn't bear to change doctors. At today's appointment she was so caring and helpful and calmed me down by helping and showing so much concern and care when I was upset and stressed. Every time I talk or message with her I feel less afraid of doctors overall, which is no small task. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone. I wish she could manage all my conditions so I could only see her! Thank you for being an amazing doctor, Dr. Franklin. Also her staff are very nice and professional too.
