Dr Franklin is so kind and compassionate and proactive about helping. I've been through a lot lately and I feel so grateful to have her on my team. She's the only doctor I feel safe with after bad experiences with others. I chose to keep my insurance and continue using Wellstar even after my insurance went up almost 500 percent this year because she's so amazing and I couldn't bear to change doctors. At today's appointment she was so caring and helpful and calmed me down by helping and showing so much concern and care when I was upset and stressed. Every time I talk or message with her I feel less afraid of doctors overall, which is no small task. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone. I wish she could manage all my conditions so I could only see her! Thank you for being an amazing doctor, Dr. Franklin. Also her staff are very nice and professional too.

This was my first appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful and had great bedside manner. Dr. Franklin was outstanding and Dovie did an amazing job drawing blood for my labs. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had at the doctors office in a long time.

I'm delighted to report Dr Karensa Franklin is the best, most caring, attentive PCP I have had in all of my 78 years of age. I've had a few totally exceptional specialists, but not one PCP To compare with her. I see personal care physicians as first line of defense in treating the whole person. The one who starts the ball rolling toward healing and restoration when health problems arise. Dr Franklin is Knowledgeable, sincere, down to earth real, with good common sense in treating me as a whole person, not a number with a list of health issues. Her entire staff is amazing! To me, that shows good leadership and wisdom choosing each employee to carefully fit in her/his position in her practice. I am truly grateful to be under her watch! ??

Wow! I visited Dr. Franklin for the very first time after my primary care Wellstar physician was transferred to another location, and I was extremely nervous about changing doctors. My previous doctor had challenged me to take better care of my health-and I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Franklin's assistant, who was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately set the tone for the visit. When I met Dr. Franklin, I was truly impressed by how kind, caring, competent, and attentive she was. She listened carefully, showed genuine concern, and made it clear that she was focused on providing the best possible care. Most importantly, she also challenged me to take responsibility for my own health-and I appreciated that. I left the appointment feeling encouraged and excited about my health journey, which now includes both nutritional and medical care. All the staff were very attentive and friendly from check in to check out. Dr. Franklin was very kind and candid. She seemed to care and was not rushed as most Drs are. Clean facilities. The location is as easy to find and plenty of parking.

Dr. Carinsa Franklin is an outstanding medical provider. Her staff is professional. They are all attentive. We started there with my husband as a patient in 2025. I have since started seeing that practice and most recently we have referred our parents.

Wow! I visited Dr. Franklin for the very first time after my primary care Wellstar physician was transferred to another location, and I was extremely nervous about changing doctors. My previous doctor had challenged me to take better care of my health-and I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Franklin's assistant, who was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately set the tone for the visit. When I met Dr. Franklin, I was truly impressed by how kind, caring, competent, and attentive she was. She listened carefully, showed genuine concern, and made it clear that she was focused on providing the best possible care. Most importantly, she also challenged me to take responsibility for my own health-and I appreciated that. I left the appointment feeling encouraged and excited about my health journey, which now includes both nutritional and medical care. I'm motivated to show improvement at my follow-up visit in 30 days. Thank you, Wellstar, and thank you so much, Dr. Franklin. Please don't transfer! ?

I'm delighted to report Dr Karensa Franklin is the best, most caring, attentive PCP I have had in all of my 78 years of age. I've had a few totally exceptional specialists, but not one PCP To compare with her. I see personal care physicians as first line of defense in treating the whole person. The one who starts the ball rolling toward healing and restoration when health problems arise. Dr Franklin is Knowledgeable, sincere, down to earth real, with good common sense in treating me as a whole person, not a number with a list of health issues. Her entire staff is amazing! To me, that shows good leadership and wisdom choosing each employee to carefully fit in her/his position in her practice. I am truly grateful to be under her watch! ??

It was an overall amazing experience from the time I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist to the time I left. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel good at a time when I wasn't feeling my best. Shanessa and Dr Franklin were amazing. They took their time and explained everything to me. They listened to what I had to say. I really appreciate the and can say I'm sticking with them.

This was my first appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful and had great bedside manner. Dr. Franklin was outstanding and Dovie did an amazing job drawing blood for my labs. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had at the doctors office in a long time.

Dr Franklin is so kind and compassionate and proactive about helping. I've been through a lot lately and I feel so grateful to have her on my team. She's the only doctor I feel safe with after bad experiences with others. I chose to keep my insurance and continue using Wellstar even after my insurance went up almost 500 percent this year because she's so amazing and I couldn't bear to change doctors. At today's appointment she was so caring and helpful and calmed me down by helping and showing so much concern and care when I was upset and stressed. Every time I talk or message with her I feel less afraid of doctors overall, which is no small task. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone. I wish she could manage all my conditions so I could only see her! Thank you for being an amazing doctor, Dr. Franklin. Also her staff are very nice and professional too.
