Dr. Karensa Franklin was amazing! From the time I entered the office, I was greeted with friendly smiles and awesome customer service. The CCMA brought me back ASAP to the examination room, listened and really cared about what was going on with me. She detailed what she was going to do. After collecting/updating my records e.g, she brought the doctor in. This was my first visit as my new Primary Care Doctor. Dr Franklin was pleasant, very professional and she listened to me ... I had a lot going on. She tackled each concern with care, educated me on all of my concerns, fixed what was broke, spent time reviewing my file and asking questions ... she really cared. I am going to be very happy with my Primary Care Doctor.

Today's appointment was my first ever with Dr. Karensa Franklin. I am an instant fan!! She was WONDERFUL!!! I don't think I've ever had a more comprehensive check-up. She took the time to get to know me, explained things thoroughly and answered any questions/concerns I had. This was also my first time having triage with Shareese. She, too, couldn't have been more thorough. I rounded out my visit with Dovie who never misses a vein and is so sweet. The check-in and check-out staff always make patients feel welcome. It's a Dream Team - the whole lot of them!!

I really struggle with fear of all things medical and health, and they were all absolutely lovely, kind, and informative while still remaining honest with me about the things I need to do for my own health. I am so grateful that I found you guys and scheduled an appointment with you guys. It is hard to start a new provider and start a new clinic, so you guys made me feel really welcome and leave her throughout the whole visit. So 10 plus all throughout, everything was bad. The only thing, which is a small minor detail that people time in a tendency get, is making sure that you are being confidential when you are discussing the patient's information. I'm not talking about the doctor, but I'm talking about like the frontline staff. I know it's a small space, so it's not, it's really hard to be quiet, but kind of being, being preservative, I don't know the right words, hard to do this over the phone, but being mindful of how loud you want to say a patient's diagnosis, a frontline, a front staff member that says my diagnosis out loud in front of ?
