All the staff were very attentive and friendly from check in to check out. Dr. Franklin was very kind and candid. She seemed to care and was not rushed as most Drs are. Clean facilities. The location is as easy to find and plenty of parking.

Dr. Carinsa Franklin is an outstanding medical provider. Her staff is professional. They are all attentive. We started there with my husband as a patient in 2025. I have since started seeing that practice and most recently we have referred our parents.

Wow! I visited Dr. Franklin for the very first time after my primary care Wellstar physician was transferred to another location, and I was extremely nervous about changing doctors. My previous doctor had challenged me to take better care of my health-and I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Dr. Franklin's assistant, who was incredibly kind and welcoming and immediately set the tone for the visit. When I met Dr. Franklin, I was truly impressed by how kind, caring, competent, and attentive she was. She listened carefully, showed genuine concern, and made it clear that she was focused on providing the best possible care. Most importantly, she also challenged me to take responsibility for my own health-and I appreciated that. I left the appointment feeling encouraged and excited about my health journey, which now includes both nutritional and medical care. Dr. Franklin was fantastic! It has taken me 10 years to find a PCP I like and I have found one now. The staff was amazing to work with as well. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming to this practice for my medical needs for year to come.

Dr. Carinsa Franklin is an outstanding medical provider. Her staff is professional. They are all attentive. We started there with my husband as a patient in 2025. I have since started seeing that practice and most recently we have referred our parents.

All the staff were very attentive and friendly from check in to check out. Dr. Franklin was very kind and candid. She seemed to care and was not rushed as most Drs are. Clean facilities. The location is as easy to find and plenty of parking.

I received excellent service. I felt comfortable. Everyone is empathetic, polite, and kind. The assistant was very attentive, and the doctor was very insightful, understanding, and a good listener. I enjoy going to this medical appointment.
