The Doctor needs to slow down and explain the results of the tests in a manner that patients can understand. His knowledge is so far above me that I need to blindly trust him that he thinks all is OK. The PA at this practice (at previous visits) did a better job of explaining things in a way that I could grasp. Also, no one has told me why I do not see that PA any more.

You need to more staff to handle the amount of patients being treated there. The lab was running extremely behind and understaffed. Should not have had to wait an hour. Was there 15 minutes early only, to sit and wait an hour before being called back.

I showed up 45 minutes early but did not get seen by the doctor till 35 minutes after my appointment time. He did not apologize or even acknowledge he was late to see me. I seen patients arrive after me but get seen before I did. He was unsympathetic and cold. He seemed more interested in my ultrasound my job health fair gave me that detected my issue than the issue I am going through. I would never go to that doctor again even if my life depended on it.
