I'm sorry that I don't remember the ladies name that drew my blood..... but she was great. Usually when my blood is drawn they have a hard time finding a vein. She was great! Everyone was nice!

Hi. The staff was very attentive and caring, but I feel like they could have had better communication amongst themselves. After seeing the doctor, I sat and waited for too long for my comfort and had to come out and ask if I was finished, and they didn't realize I was back there. So they attended to me once they realized no one came, but maybe better communication once the doctor has completed his visit. Thank you.

Great job, however I would like to have the opportunity to schedule a Teledoc / Video Call with my doctor if needed. As of early Sept 2024, I was told this is not offered. I think this would be a good added option, since it would give me more flexibility.

My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, I arrived at 8:45 to have lab work. I sat in the doctors office for one full hour after the lab work before he came in, only to spend about 5 minutes with me. I would think that an early morning appointment would at least have the patient meet with the doctor closer to the scheduled appointed time, as there should not be much of a backlog. Yet if you are late, you have to reschedule your appointment. Something doesn't seem fair under this scenario.

It is very frustrating to have to pay a specialists co pay, and not receive ANY sort of examination. Previous oncologist checked my spleen for enlargement ( very important with my diagnosis), listened to heart and lungs etc. Dr Mandalapu does not do any of those things. He stands across the room and chats for less that 5 minutes. I have expressed my concerns about this and no changes have been made. The nurses are amazing and care for the patients needs.
