The male person that took my info when I entered was great, professional, and genuinely was interested in getting me seen asap. My nurse that took my health vitals and history was professional and thorough. She relayed the info to Dr. Patel perfectly. Dr. Patel was caring, listened to all my questions allowed me to speak, I didn't feel rushed, and took care of me efficiently. Nothing excessive was ordered and the care was appropriate.

I was seen right after I checked it. The nurse took my vitals and had me complete a urine sample. As soon as the results came back the doctor came into my exam room. He also ensured that my medication would be at Walmart when I arrive.

Hi, my only complaint is when I received a message about some results, I had a question in the portal and no one answered my question in the portal. There was no response to my question and it has been that was three to four days ago that I asked that question. I do know that Monday was a holiday, so that could have delayed the answer if they were closed on the holiday. But I'm not sure if they were because it's urgent care. I don't know. But either way, that's my only complaint.

I had bronchitis and it was not treated. So I spent more than a week coughing and sick.

The staff was so great and patient with my son who was on the spectrum. The physician was very informative and patient and knowledgeable. He also took his time to explain not only to my mother who took him to his appointment, but also to my son what was going on. And we always have a great experience when we come there.
