The team was incredibly helpful, very courteous and quick to offer assistance. Dr. Patel, the two nurses, and the front staff member were all very kind. Definitely alleviated the stress of having to come in for urgent care. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

Dr Patel listened very carefully when I explained how I had injured my wrist. He prescribed a short course of Prednisone to help with the swelling, which was causing a lot of pain. He also said that I could add ibuprofen to the other meds I take for my arthritis pain. My pharmacy filled my RX the following afternoon so I took the first dose around 6 p.m. that evening. My wrist felt substantially better by the next morning. I took my 2nd dose this evening so I look forward to waking up tomorrow and seeing more improvement.

I originally scheduled at the Vinings Health Park and was told the wait was 2hrs. The front staff was rude, so I left and went to North Cooper Lake where I was treated well, listened to and had a good experience.. I would recommend doing something about your Vinings Health Park urgent Care.

The wait was about 15 minutes! Going to urgent care instead of the ER, takes a lot less time. Staff, doctors and nurses all were very friendly. They ALL deserve roses and daisies!!

I was dehydrated and the doctor asked the nurses to start fluids and each said they didn't have time although there wasn't that many patients at the time. I didn't feel like my needs were being taken care of. After the nurses refused the doctor said that they couldn't perform the procedure that day.
