Kaitlyn was fine; I have nothing against her. However the room I was in was awful. It was a total turn off. The white walls were all scuffed. The paint on the baseboards was all chipped. The "leather" on the exam table I was sitting on was ragged. I will not return.

The nurse who weighed me and did the triage before Kaitlyn saw me was AMAZING. She was so kind, funny, and thorough. Kaitlyn was wonderful, as always. Also, the front desk employees were so kind and helpful. I genuinely appreciate how genuinely kind everyone was today.

I had to walk into the office to get a sick visit. No one answered the calls or messages that were sent. It is a shame it is hard to connect with the office.

Genie at the front desk was very helpful when I called for an appt. I was sick and worried about being sick, and altho she said they were extremely busy since this is a time of year when many people are also sick, she was able to find me an appt, that same day. It wasn't w/my usual provider -- she had no openings fr 2 weeks -- but Kaitlyn was very good w/me.
