The front desk staff were having personal conversations and were not the most professional. They seemed more concerned about what was going on in their world than the patients. These are the first people that you see in your practice so I think that is important. Once I was in the back everything was very professional and courteous. The person who checked me out, an older lady at the front was very professional. The PA I saw was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable informative.

Kaitlyn was truly wonderful. I have severe medical anxiety and I had several concerns coming in with one larger problem. She listened to everything I said, was very calming and took every concern I had seriously. I am very grateful for her care in listening as I feel like hear stories every day about people not being listen led do by their health care providers. Thank you!

The office staff were all very kind and helpful and settling. I really appreciated that, thank you all so much. The physician made excellent notes and great calls on the referrals she provided. I am most grateful. I do have a hard time conversing with physicians in general, and have developed white coat syndrome per my GYN. Therefore, my feedback may be unreliable. I can say it felt combative vs friendly and that triggers me every time. I read body language like a speed reader and it was negative. My BP and HR became so high that I asked the physician to take it again so she could see the spike I felt. She did not. I began shaking. I never feel heard, always feel that my integrity is in question, and my previous diagnosis dismissed. I always feel rushed because this type of complexity cannot be addressed in 15 minutes or less. Big concern: Dr notes said I was aware of being recorded and gave permission for it . I was not and I did not, and wrote the doctor to advise of same. I will not blind sign anymore documents at this facility on a black pad going forward.

This was the absolute best visit I've had at an office. With all the medical issues I have. I was seen, heard and taken seriously. For the first time since getting sick, I actually feel like I may have a fighting chance with this amazing team! From the moment of making the appointment forward every member has been exceptional and so very sweet.
