Actually did not get to see my Doctor because front office could not verify my new supplemental insurance to Medicare. Haven't had any issues with my other Drs so not sure what the problem was. As a result, had to leave or pay for visit myself. Disappointed

Very easy check in and only waited 5 minutes until nurse came out for me. Front desk and nurses are very friendly and professional. Dr Jyoti Gundavarapu is very knowledgeable and good "bedside manner" as well. I had an excellent experience.

Dr Gundavarapu is fantastic and timely for each appointment. She is caring and takes time to listen to anything I have to share. The staff answering emails are not attentive in a speedy manner. They do not follow up with insurance companies timely when seeking prior authorization. Each visit, I see several young ladies chit chatting as if they have nothing to do.
