Dr. G.remains the best physician I've ever had. The office staff continues to loose grip of what Wellstar commits. Dysfunctional, seems unattended. Maybe the manager was away at this particular time, allowing the staff to not be at their stations, lounging and small talk chatter. Not the norm for Wellstar.

You could improve by allowing my pharmacy to send in electronic refill requests. They've been denying them every time they try to send them in. I'm not that interested in going to MyChart to request refills. This is a silly policy and it's going backwards from what we need to be doing. Thank you.

Dr. G was absolutely wonderful. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. And the phlebotomist, both of them are wonderful. And the other young ladies, when you walk in, and the one that asks me questions, they were fabulous. And it's just a wonderful experience. I thank you so much. And that's all. Everything went perfectly until I went to the scheduling clerk. She switched my doctor, gave me a new doctor and made an appointment with the new doctor. I protested and my doctor was reinstated. Clerical staff should be forbidden from changing patient's doctors except with the permission of the patients and or the doctors.

Dr. G is an excellent provider. She always takes her time during my appointment and I receive excellent care from her and her nurses. However, the unfeeling attitudes of the office staff make the entire experience poor. All of the kindness and understanding that have always been a part of Dr. G's office is gone.
