They do not follow up with insurance companies timely when seeking prior authorization. Each visit, I see several young ladies chit chatting as if they have nothing to do.

I have been a with this provider for a while she is wonderful.She is so busy you can not be seen when you are sick. I thought this is the reason to have a primary care doctor. I have had problems with refills and the staff is not helpful. You are treated like a number not a person. I have called the office they are ugly on the phone and will not help you. I don't like going to urgent care because they don't know me like my doctor. I want to be helped when I am sick.
