The staff is always so nice and helpful when you're there. The lab is excellent Everytime. This is my biggest issue with everything. I feel they are putting patients in to close or whatever. My parents and I go to the same office and see different providers. After you go for your yearly all your regular prescriptions are never refilled you always have to call back. That gets old. They changed the policy that the pharmacy can't call in refills so my parents as seniors can't go online so that gets really old. According to the office staff most of the office is seniors. Also I find that I don't want to come in when I am sick because of the treatment by staff during Covid. No time did I have Covid when I came in. So I have a provider but don't come when I am sick. That kinda bothers me. Like I said everyone is really nice and highly trained but feels like something is off. This isn't a one time complaint it happens every time. So maybe the practice needs staff for prescriptions. I don't know. Maybe a bit of a reboot to make you feel welcome when you have a cough and not a burden.

Dr. G came in and not only addressed my current problem she followed up on previous issues as well. She is ALWAYS very thorough and forward thinking. Lastly Tonya in the lab drew my blood and I didn't even feel it! Excellent experience overall!

The availability of my future six-month appointment is very difficult to schedule because there was hardly any appointments. So I didn't really have a choice. And now I'm going to be like way past my six-month line to come back. And so that was very disappointing how I come on a six-month regular basis. And in six months, there's no appointments, and I have to schedule like seven and a half months out. That's kind of very upsetting to me because I feel like I'm a patient just like everybody else, but there needs to be more open availability to schedule. Thank you.
