I have been a with this provider for a while she is wonderful.She is so busy you can not be seen when you are sick. I thought this is the reason to have a primary care doctor. I have had problems with refills and the staff is not helpful. You are treated like a number not a person. I have called the office they are ugly on the phone and will not help you. I don't like going to urgent care because they don't know me like my doctor. I want to be helped when I am sick.

I am so happy to have Dr G & her team helping me stay healthy. Everything was perfect! Reception area & exam room very clean. Reception representative was knowledgeable, professional & running on schedule. Nurse Erin was welcoming, kind & gave a great flu shot. Dr G is awesome!! My first visit. She already had my records from Kaiser & knew all about me. We got right down to business with plans for labs, specialist visits needed & screenings. I am blessed to have her as my doctor!! Thank you!

Fully trust and like Dr Gundavarapu and her staff. Scheduled routine appointments are fine; however it is almost impossible to get in to see her if you are sick. Rather than being told by the phone staff go to urgent care, it would be great to be able to see a Dr G.
