Dr. G.remains the best physician I've ever had. The office staff continues to loose grip of what Wellstar commits. Dysfunctional, seems unattended. Maybe the manager was away at this particular time, allowing the staff to not be at their stations, lounging and small talk chatter. Not the norm for Wellstar.

You could improve by allowing my pharmacy to send in electronic refill requests. They've been denying them every time they try to send them in. I'm not that interested in going to MyChart to request refills. This is a silly policy and it's going backwards from what we need to be doing. Thank you.
