They left me sitting in the room for over 45 min. Waiting to see the doctor. Then comes in smiling saying how are you. Instead of saying I am sorry for the delay. If there was a problem someone could have come in to tell me. I think what the problem was they just forgot me .

It was an hour wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. The doctor did apologize when he came in stating a few emergencies came up that he had to address. Dr. Kunes was very thorough and explained the condition, and treatment options in a very clear and understandable manner.

I really appreciated the friendly and professional staff that welcomed me to the clinic. And I felt that both the physician and the technician were very friendly and very helpful during the entire visit. I appreciate Dr. Kunes, took the time to teach my son about his anatomy, the fracture that he was helping us with, and also giving him explanations that addressed my son's questions. He's a wonderful provider, and we're glad that we have him as a provider for our son specifically.

My appointment was at 9:45 am.bi was taken back to a room at 10:03. But I didn't see the doctor until 10:30. A bit long of a wait when he knew I was only there for an injection.
