I was very disappointed with the service overall. I was told my records of the last 15 years are, and I quote "not really available anymore" because of the move to wellstar. The front desk rep was disinterested, borderline rude and clearly hates her job. She allowed 2 other customers who came in EARLY for their later appts to go ahead of me at my assigned time. No one really listened to anything I said or asked and the PA clearly hates his job as well. He was as disinterested as any medical professional I have ever seen. All in all an extremely poor visit and I will think a great deal about ever going back there.

My appointment was at 12:30, I signed in at 12:05. Ran to the bathroom and came right back out, never heard my name called up. Everyone else had been seen. Front desk staff was busy talking to each other, even the PA was chatting with them, I walked up to see if my sticker was still on the pad and it was gone so I waited. At 12:54 I walked back to the desk and asked if someone was going to take my co-pay. The girl asked if someone checked me in. I said I didn't know but my sticker was gone. She looked down at her stickers then said she was sorry and started typing on the computer. A nurse from the back came up and said that Justin (the PA) had already left. To say I was upset is a complete understatement. The girl asked if I could come back at 2:00 pm, I told her I guess I don't have much of a choice. I had to leave work early to come in the first place. Just extremely frustrating.

He wished me good luck and sent me on my way with six months of the same prescription I'm already on and didn't help me fix anything. It was the worst experience of my life. I have never seen a provider with so little care for someone. He walked into the room, he asked me if I wanted an EKG and then told me good luck. I was so disappointed.

From the moment I walked in I saw that there was a different standard to this establishment. Every member of staff was dressed immaculately and was most professional and kind. I was checked in politely and promptly. The process was easy. Justin was amazing and was patient enough to explain my care to me in layman's terms. Most PAs are most knowledgeable and very down to earth, but he was so cool, I felt comfortable enough to ask what PA actually means. Don't judge me. When the problem is fixed, I'm on to the next thing. Anyway, I look forward to visiting them again as i was looking for a PCP. Great Healthcare professionals are a Godsend. I'm grateful.

I saw Justin Croft and I think I gave him a two and I should have given him a three on everything. I've seen Justin a number of times over several years and I really like him. I think he does a good job. He's very thorough and I have no qualms when I'm seeing him.

I saw Justin the other day and he slipped me in. I normally see a different PA. You recommended that I go to the hospital and get a chest x-ray because of burning that was in my chest of course I didn't think I needed to go to the ER.. so hopefully this gets him I wanted to say I'm sorry for not immediately saying yes I go. I went to him for his opinion and professionalism and then I second-guessed him because I didn't want to be inconvenienced with going to the ER but he was just looking out for me so that I'm sorry and thank you. The er visit went well.

The front office staff was very rude and so were some of the nurses.
