The provider said he was going to put in a prescription for my son. He never did so we have to follow up next week to get the prescription sent to CVS. This is not the first time second time or third time that this has happened. This seems to be a habit. Previously, it was with university medical Associates. It seems to have continued with well star

I was found in system for blood work on Wed, but not Thursday for my appointment. It was frustrating not seeing my regular NP... it was frustrating having to tell everything to the nurse... Wellstar, do better

Today was the first time I ever experienced being ignored by the frontdesk I'm very big on customer service and that is not what I was greeted with , I walked in the ladies was having a conversation no acknowledgement , I signed in had a seat still no acknowledgement , I sat there for 10mins Justin came from the back and saw me sitting there and asked them why I waiting for him , that was the only time they looked up from their conversation to see who they was talking about . To me that's very unprofessional when you work the front desk you are suppose to great people when they walk in , not continue your conversation . I look at wellstar a lot different now .

I am a diabetic and would have liked to discuss my condition and if I need to change my plan direction somewhat? I used to get a finger prick blood glucose evaluation, but not anymore? I did have other blood and lipid panel tests run at convenient lab.

I went to Justin as a sick call. I had started calling the office in the morning and leaving messages, and no one would ever answer the phone. So I drove 20 minutes to get to the office to see if I could be seen, which I was able to be seen immediately. But nobody returned my call from the messages I left until about 3:30 in the afternoon. I think maybe the reception area needs to work on their promptness.

Not one single person called me back or even called the medicine in. I never experienced a problem of return calls before Wellstar took over this office. I mentioned this issue to Justin Croft during my appointment and he apologized and asked that I use MyChart to contact him. I will do that going forward but I hope this matter is addressed soon because I've heard complaints from others about issues since the changeover.
