The practice of having patients sign their name without being able to see the document they are signing is problematic in that it potentially facilitates obtaining signatures on fraudulent documents without the signer's knowledge. The practice of asking for names and phone numbers of emergency contacts within hearing distance of other patients and staff is also concerning. Please consider addressing these concerns.

The PA was kind, but gave vague answers regarding my concerns. I'm sure they seem small when compared to serious illnesses.

Todays visit was a good visit. Justin was in a good mood when he came in and he really listened to me and filled me in on my blood work from october.i was surprised how well it went.the office workers and the lady that drew my blood seemed to be in great spirits.

Justin was a fabulous listener, who paid close attention to the concerns I expressed during this first visit. As well, ample time was offered without the feeling of being rushed, or being told so by direct words, as has happened with others over past years. I remain strongly confident that future visits will be similar. Excellent first visit.

I just thought this office, the whole office, could do a better job of explaining things like I, for example, was told I needed lab work. Where's the lab? How do I get to the lab? I had to ask for those instructions and stuff like that. So just explaining what they're doing or how I should complete the tasks they're wanting me to do, that would be ideal. Thank you.

Overall, Justin is alway's thorough and quick. We just love him as a Healthcare provider. However, I do miss the comfortable chairs that were more welcoming and warm. The new white chairs and setup is very clinical. But at the end of the day, thank you for chairs.

I had an ultrasound and he gave me the results, but he did not tell, he told me that I would have surgery, but he didn't elaborate on what would happen. He said it would be done by Dr. Sampson. Thank you.

It's weird having people walk in and out of the bathroom right next to where you're sitting with a needle in your arm having blood drawn. The waiting room chairs are pretty uncomfortable too.
