Justin Croft is very quick and he always makes me feel rushed like he is just there to provide my refills every time I come with a concern although if I seem to insist he does request the blood work. But when I go back to review I don't feel like he has reviewed or even looked at why am there! It's like I have to explain everything again and he looks at the chart and always seems like it's rushed and ready to leave. Not go a step further to really find out if my issues have resolved or not.

The practice of having patients sign their name without being able to see the document they are signing is problematic in that it potentially facilitates obtaining signatures on fraudulent documents without the signer's knowledge. The practice of asking for names and phone numbers of emergency contacts within hearing distance of other patients and staff is also concerning. Please consider addressing these concerns.
