Overall, Justin is alway's thorough and quick. We just love him as a Healthcare provider. However, I do miss the comfortable chairs that were more welcoming and warm. The new white chairs and setup is very clinical. But at the end of the day, thank you for chairs.

I had an ultrasound and he gave me the results, but he did not tell, he told me that I would have surgery, but he didn't elaborate on what would happen. He said it would be done by Dr. Sampson. Thank you.

It's weird having people walk in and out of the bathroom right next to where you're sitting with a needle in your arm having blood drawn. The waiting room chairs are pretty uncomfortable too.

I've never had to pay anything out there and all of a sudden they tell me I owe $200 and something dollars. I don't see how it's possible. So long as I've been going there, I've never had to pay anything. So maybe check on that and see why.

The provider said he was going to put in a prescription for my son. He never did so we have to follow up next week to get the prescription sent to CVS. This is not the first time second time or third time that this has happened. This seems to be a habit. Previously, it was with university medical Associates. It seems to have continued with well star

I was found in system for blood work on Wed, but not Thursday for my appointment. It was frustrating not seeing my regular NP... it was frustrating having to tell everything to the nurse... Wellstar, do better

Today was the first time I ever experienced being ignored by the frontdesk I'm very big on customer service and that is not what I was greeted with , I walked in the ladies was having a conversation no acknowledgement , I signed in had a seat still no acknowledgement , I sat there for 10mins Justin came from the back and saw me sitting there and asked them why I waiting for him , that was the only time they looked up from their conversation to see who they was talking about . To me that's very unprofessional when you work the front desk you are suppose to great people when they walk in , not continue your conversation . I look at wellstar a lot different now .

I am a diabetic and would have liked to discuss my condition and if I need to change my plan direction somewhat? I used to get a finger prick blood glucose evaluation, but not anymore? I did have other blood and lipid panel tests run at convenient lab.

Overall, Justin is alway's thorough and quick. We just love him as a Healthcare provider. However, I do miss the comfortable chairs that were more welcoming and warm. The new white chairs and setup is very clinical. But at the end of the day, thank you for chairs.
