The nurse that did the EKG was very professional. I just wanted to mention that.

From the moment I walked in I saw that there was a different standard to this establishment. Every member of staff was dressed immaculately and was most professional and kind. I was checked in politely and promptly. The process was easy. Justin was amazing and was patient enough to explain my care to me in layman's terms. Most PAs are most knowledgeable and very down to earth, but he was so cool, I felt comfortable enough to ask what PA actually means. Don't judge me. When the problem is fixed, I'm on to the next thing. Anyway, I look forward to visiting them again as i was looking for a PCP. Great Healthcare professionals are a Godsend. I'm grateful.

I saw Justin the other day and he slipped me in. I normally see a different PA. You recommended that I go to the hospital and get a chest x-ray because of burning that was in my chest of course I didn't think I needed to go to the ER.. so hopefully this gets him I wanted to say I'm sorry for not immediately saying yes I go. I went to him for his opinion and professionalism and then I second-guessed him because I didn't want to be inconvenienced with going to the ER but he was just looking out for me so that I'm sorry and thank you. The er visit went well.

Everything went good, but I did notice a lot that of new staff. I been at the practice for over 15 years. So I was use to friendly staff.

Justin Croft did a great job as usual. Some staff members appear to be struggling with using the computer, having difficulty finding my name, difficulty printing out information in a timely manner, which was not an issue prior to Wellstar. Perhaps they need some help/supervision?

Justin Croft is very quick and he always makes me feel rushed like he is just there to provide my refills every time I come with a concern although if I seem to insist he does request the blood work. But when I go back to review I don't feel like he has reviewed or even looked at why am there! It's like I have to explain everything again and he looks at the chart and always seems like it's rushed and ready to leave. Not go a step further to really find out if my issues have resolved or not.
