I waited for about 30 minutes to be seen by my provider. He seemed less caring than in past times I've visited. His visit was brief/abrupt.

Justin listened carefully to my severe medical issues. He ordered blood work,an MRI and prescribed an RX to help me get some relief with my symptoms. I also have a follow-up appointment with him tomorrow for him to check on me. He was very compassionate.

The practice of having patients sign their name without being able to see the document they are signing is problematic in that it potentially facilitates obtaining signatures on fraudulent documents without the signer's knowledge. The practice of asking for names and phone numbers of emergency contacts within hearing distance of other patients and staff is also concerning. Please consider addressing these concerns.

Todays visit was a good visit. Justin was in a good mood when he came in and he really listened to me and filled me in on my blood work from october.i was surprised how well it went.the office workers and the lady that drew my blood seemed to be in great spirits.

As well, ample time was offered without the feeling of being rushed, or being told so by direct words, as has happened with others over past years. I just thought this office, the whole office, could do a better job of explaining things like I, for example, was told I needed lab work. Where's the lab? How do I get to the lab? I had to ask for those instructions and stuff like that. So just explaining what they're doing or how I should complete the tasks they're wanting me to do, that would be ideal. Thank you.

Overall, Justin is alway's thorough and quick. We just love him as a Healthcare provider. However, I do miss the comfortable chairs that were more welcoming and warm. The new white chairs and setup is very clinical. But at the end of the day, thank you for chairs.
