Dr. Julia Patel is my daughter's rheumatologist. She is very, very smart, very, very friendly. She has really good bedside manners. And if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't know what was going on with my daughter today. She figured out what her problem was. She got her on the right medication and got her back to where she needs to be. I recommend Dr. Patel for anyone's needs and Dr. Patel's staff is a very wonderful staff. I recommend WellSTAR and CG Pediatrics to anyone that needs any kind of help.

Dr. Patel is incredible. We very much credit her with the health turnaround our child has had. It has been an incredible thing to see over the past year and we don't know that our child would have made it without Dr. Patel. And she is just one of the best and we will owe her everything forever.

We were late to the appointment and the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming and they didn't make a big deal about us being late. We were still able to see the doctor in a timely manner. And I appreciated that because some places would have said no because we were over 15 minutes late and we explained to the front desk staff what happened. They said okay and they still let us be seen and I greatly appreciate that.

Doctor Patel was willing to listen to my concerns. The drive is a lot but she is certainly a wonderful doctor. So was Dr Jerrith. Very caring staff members also,

Every single individual that I crossed paths with from the lobby front desk, the 3f desk that I went to by accident to the wonderful doctors. Everyone was amazing! My daughter was super nervous and the experience put her and myself at ease. Wellstar has world class employees working in pediatric 3d! Dr. Went and Dr. Patel went above and beyond. Everyone that interacted with came to work to do a great job and I can tell that they love their jobs. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Everyone in the office was amazing. Our appointment was at 10:30. We were in a room by 10:31. Lots of people checked up on us and were super sweet and helpful. Great information, asked lots of questions and listened. 10 out of 10, great job, guys.

Hi, one of the things that I'd like to see improved is wait time. I believe I was in the office for two, over two hours, and to me, that is a lot of time for a doctor's visit. Thank you.

At this most recent visit, a caregiver that normally did not take my child to her visits was treated kindly and respectfully by Dr. Patel and her team and was informed of all of my child's needs in a way that I could understand, even though I was not present at the appointment. This meant a lot to me as a caregiver and I really appreciate her and her team doing what they can to help support me, my child, and my family as we navigate chronic illness and immune issues.
