Hi, one of the things that I'd like to see improved is wait time. I believe I was in the office for two, over two hours, and to me, that is a lot of time for a doctor's visit. Thank you.

At this most recent visit, a caregiver that normally did not take my child to her visits was treated kindly and respectfully by Dr. Patel and her team and was informed of all of my child's needs in a way that I could understand, even though I was not present at the appointment. This meant a lot to me as a caregiver and I really appreciate her and her team doing what they can to help support me, my child, and my family as we navigate chronic illness and immune issues.

I think it's easy to dismiss a lot of symptoms as just, you know, bad eating habits or, you know, needing to do this or that and the other. And that is really easy to do. However, when something has been going on daily to a patient, you know, for years and years and years, it's just really disheartening when you feel like your true concerns wasn't heard and really just dismissed. I'm looking forward to seeing what the process will look like when we go for our follow-up. No hard feelings towards the medical professionals involved. Just hoping that we're taken more seriously next time.
