Staff GiaVanni, MA, recorded vitals and verified medical information; took the time to check portal data to verify a few records missing and added them for me. Very thorough on reviewing that all information was correct. Appointment was on time (as usual) and Dr. Patel spent a very acceptable amount of time with me. It appears from conversations with Wellstar Dr.'s that I have, it is apparent that all are looking at test results being posted by each other. Makes conversations with all easier, as they will build applicable conversation for future appointment that apply; i.e. blood work.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Patel and the entire staff during my recent visit on 4:24, I think, or 4:23. I'm trying to remember. I think 4:23 actually. But I wanted to just mention that she was very informative and basically I had to get some, you know, testing done, which I didn't expect, but she was very nice about it and was comforting. So I just wanted to mention that. I really appreciate it. And thank you.

I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, completed the e-check in, and also checked in at the front desk. My 10:00 appointment time came and went. I waited an additional 20 minutes, then asked the receptionist if she could inquire about how much longer it would be until I was taken to the exam area. The MA called me back around 10:30. After apologizing, she acknowledged her mistake in thinking my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 instead of 10:00. After my preliminary assessment, she told me the doctor would be in shortly. I waited another 20 minutes (at least), then inquired at the exam area desk to see if I should reschedule. The doctor entered the exam room around 11:00 and apologized profusely. I understand mistakes happen, but I would like to know that my time is valued the same way that I value the staff and practitioner's time. This is the first time (and hopefully last) that I've had a negative experience at this location.

She looked me in the eye and listened intently when I was describing problems and at the end of my visit asked me if there was anything else I would like to discuss about my health. That gave me the ability to think and finalize the visit in case I had forgotten something. I love, love, love Dr Patel. I am so very fortunate to have found her for my health care!

This was my first time at this practice and Dr. Patel was very compassionate and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Everyone was kind during my visit. I appreciate not having a long wait, though I know it's not always possible.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I was very impressed with Dr. Patel and the entire staff during my recent visit on 4:24, I think, or 4:23. I'm trying to remember. I think 4:23 actually. But I wanted to just mention that she was very informative and basically I had to get some, you know, testing done, which I didn't expect, but she was very nice about it and was comforting. So I just wanted to mention that. I really appreciate it. And thank you.

Staff GiaVanni, MA, recorded vitals and verified medical information; took the time to check portal data to verify a few records missing and added them for me. Very thorough on reviewing that all information was correct. Appointment was on time (as usual) and Dr. Patel spent a very acceptable amount of time with me. It appears from conversations with Wellstar Dr.'s that I have, it is apparent that all are looking at test results being posted by each other. Makes conversations with all easier, as they will build applicable conversation for future appointment that apply; i.e. blood work.
