I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, completed the e-check in, and also checked in at the front desk. My 10:00 appointment time came and went. I waited an additional 20 minutes, then asked the receptionist if she could inquire about how much longer it would be until I was taken to the exam area. The MA called me back around 10:30. After apologizing, she acknowledged her mistake in thinking my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 instead of 10:00. After my preliminary assessment, she told me the doctor would be in shortly. I waited another 20 minutes (at least), then inquired at the exam area desk to see if I should reschedule. The doctor entered the exam room around 11:00 and apologized profusely. I understand mistakes happen, but I would like to know that my time is valued the same way that I value the staff and practitioner's time. This is the first time (and hopefully last) that I've had a negative experience at this location.

She looked me in the eye and listened intently when I was describing problems and at the end of my visit asked me if there was anything else I would like to discuss about my health. That gave me the ability to think and finalize the visit in case I had forgotten something. I love, love, love Dr Patel. I am so very fortunate to have found her for my health care!
