Dr. Julie Patel and ALL of her staff are friendly, professional, bubbly, comforting, gracious and polite no matter the situation. I was referred to Dr. Patel and I thank my friend everyday we talk after another appointment and just how well the meeting went and how she cared for my wellbeing and even going the extra mile to make sure everything is addressed. I love this crew and all the assistants there like an extended family that cares for my wellbeing. Thank you Julie! Thank you Wellstar!

I appreciate that Dr. Patel listened to what I was saying and spoke to me as a person. She was caring and looked at me when she was speaking to me when it was necessary, and not constantly at her screen. She asked relevant questions and gave helpful information. She also took my FULL history into consideration when creating a plan of action for my health. The individuals I encountered before and after Dr. Patel were just as attentive, engaging and welcoming. I believe their names were Genevieve, the Physician's Assistant, and Malani, who checked me out.

I has a video visit. I know sometimes providers run behind schedule and it is easy if you are in waiting room. When provider is going to be more than 5 minuities late on a telehealth call someone should be instructed to connect and let patient know. Instructions are to join 15 minutes before appointment time which I did but 25 minutes later no one connected so I called office. It is hard to know if there is a connection issue or provider just running behind so I suggest a quick connection by staff to inform patient of delay.

Yes, I was concerned about changing primaries because I had had the same one for quite a number of years and she retired. But going to Dr. Patel, I was extremely satisfied, very, very pleased in not only her care and concern, but also with the staff, the assistant and so forth. Dr Patel is a fantastic Doctor but the general staff at that clinic is awful. I was asked to specifically be there at 12:45, which I did. There was only 1 person at the front desk when I ckecked in. At 1pm, I inquired about the delay in having someone call me in and was to old everyone was in a meeting and would be back shortly. After the "meeting" was over, no one called me in until I started complaining.
