Your Mychart is buggy. I filled it out the night before. When I called it tried to get the same information but it hung up on "recent exposure (p 1). After several attempts it crashed. (At 7:30 AM there is no tech help fortunately I was able to communicate with FaceTime. Suggestions: have help available early on (2). Use a less buggy system on My Chart; it's unreliable & frustrating

I just love the front desk ladies. I love the decoration in the reception and I like all of the nurses there and I love that doctor. I haven't had one in a year and I came from up north so I'm very happy that I found that office.

I can never reach Dr Patel through the portal and I had a miscommunication about my antibiotic and days later it's still not straightened out because no one uses the portal to respond in under a week and I waited 10 days to get the appointment so there's almost no way to reach anyone that can help you for days on end when you're really sick and need real help
