Julia Williams was probably the most attentive and complete and responsive appointment that I have had with a Nurse Practitioner. She did not rush me when I was feeling terrible. She listened and she addressed my problem thoroughly and quickly. I really loved her attitude and care. Thank her for me.

Julia was very nice and listened to my concerns. She did not feel my ear was infected despite the pain. She said it could possibly be related to TMJ however, my jaw and neck do not hurt so I don't think it's related to TMJ. Really no resolution to my ear pain, other than take Tylenol or Advil as needed and continue to use my Flonase as needed. Is it continues to hurt, I will reach back out to your office.
