Wanted to tell Julia that the ear drops she prescribed was $120.00, so I declined the prescription. Will use the OTC drops I purchased.

After my annual check up I was sent to wait on the lab. I asked in the lab if I needed to leave a urine sample and they said no. I get home and have a message in My Chart that I need to schedule a urinalysis at a WellStar Lab.

I had an 8AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, several people came in at 8 and thereafter and were seen before me. I wasn't called until almost 8:30 and then after seeing the nurse I waited another 15-20 minutes to see the PA. For a simple appointment it took over an hour and the total time with the nurse and PA was only about 15 minutes.
