I had an 8AM appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, several people came in at 8 and thereafter and were seen before me. I wasn't called until almost 8:30 and then after seeing the nurse I waited another 15-20 minutes to see the PA. For a simple appointment it took over an hour and the total time with the nurse and PA was only about 15 minutes.

The NP was a good listener and was attentive to my wishes. Thank you. The difficulty was in the scheduling/payments as repeatedly they have said I owe a payment. I think this has been fixed - hopefully. I should not have to pay as I thankfully have HRA dollars
