The NP was a good listener and was attentive to my wishes. Thank you. The difficulty was in the scheduling/payments as repeatedly they have said I owe a payment. I think this has been fixed - hopefully. I should not have to pay as I thankfully have HRA dollars

My experience was good as always. My wait time is never long and I really like that. This was my first visit with Julia Williams and it was easy for me to talk with her. I was satisfied with the service she gave me and how she was concerned about the problem I was having and set up the next step that I needed to do to find out the causes. The only that I don't like is I had to come in for a refill and the fact that I had appointment with a nurse but she couldn't approve my medication without my doctor approval..If I have know that in advance that when I have ran out of medication that I would have to come into the office I would have made an appointment and seen my doctor because now I already haven't been sleeping well but I have to wait until my doctor approve my medication which has been a day already..It may not mean that much to the person reading this but one day without sleep for leaves me up all night and the next especially when Friday is tomorrow and not knowing when I will get my medicine is bringing my anxiety my stress levels up
