Julia was very nice and listened to my concerns. She did not feel my ear was infected despite the pain. She said it could possibly be related to TMJ however, my jaw and neck do not hurt so I don't think it's related to TMJ. Really no resolution to my ear pain, other than take Tylenol or Advil as needed and continue to use my Flonase as needed. Is it continues to hurt, I will reach back out to your office.

Prescribed Paxlovid. Could not get it for 3 days, plus unaffordable. Don't think I got a good explanation of what to expect if I did not take Paxlovid.

The only thing that I would say about this appointment was I actually spoke with the nurse before I came in, told them all the symptoms I was having. They told me to come into the office. I come in and basically she told me that I'm going to need IV and I'm going to need to go to urgent care. I didn't tell her anything differently than I told the nurse on the phone. So it was just having to pay a co-pay for coming to see, you know, her for only telling me that she's, I need to go to urgent care to get IV. And they even did some labs for me at the urgent care as well. I just, that's just a lot of money. I had to pay a $65 copay as well. I'm on a fixed income and you know, you guys could have just said just you know during a nurse call go to urgent care, you know, I said all my symptoms that I was having. So that's the only thing. And
