Prescribed Paxlovid. Could not get it for 3 days, plus unaffordable. Don't think I got a good explanation of what to expect if I did not take Paxlovid.

The only thing that I would say about this appointment was I actually spoke with the nurse before I came in, told them all the symptoms I was having. They told me to come into the office. I come in and basically she told me that I'm going to need IV and I'm going to need to go to urgent care. I didn't tell her anything differently than I told the nurse on the phone. So it was just having to pay a co-pay for coming to see, you know, her for only telling me that she's, I need to go to urgent care to get IV. And they even did some labs for me at the urgent care as well. I just, that's just a lot of money. I had to pay a $65 copay as well. I'm on a fixed income and you know, you guys could have just said just you know during a nurse call go to urgent care, you know, I said all my symptoms that I was having. So that's the only thing. And

I didn't fee like the NP was thorough enough with my exam and treatment. She did not seem knowledgeable with treatments since I was pregnant, but I left feeling frustrated and that the visit was a waste of time.

Everyone with the exception of the girl at the front desk made me feel welcome to the practice. And the girl at the front didn't do anything wrong she just wasn't operating at the highest possible level of my customer experience.

Ms. Julia has a nice nurse, practitioner, and doctor, and she saved me from diabetic damage. The first doctor didn't call me for eight months. She called for me, meant to be diabetic, and ordered me medicine, take care of me good. And I really appreciate her. And thank you to be there to save my life. Thank you.

This was my first time meeting the lady, and I felt as though, I had known her for years. The conversation flowed freely, and she listened when I spoke. She looked into my eyes when she spoke to me, letting me know that she see me as a person not as a chart number, that spoke volumns to me.

Julia took my husband and I together today and she did an excellent job of listening to both of us, of going over all of our information, asking us questions, making sure we understood everything, and telling us how she thought we should follow up with doctor's appointments in the future. We really liked her. Thank you.
