The nurse did not complete paperwork completely. She did not advise us to go checkout prior to going to the lab. The front desk got us checked in at the lab. Seemed very unconcerned. Was good at first but then seemed very distracted.

The orders for blood work were sent to Quest as I requested. They were sent at that visit. An rx was sent to my pharmacy and I picked it up on the way home. I felt well taken care of.

Julia was very nice and listened to my concerns. She did not feel my ear was infected despite the pain. She said it could possibly be related to TMJ however, my jaw and neck do not hurt so I don't think it's related to TMJ. Really no resolution to my ear pain, other than take Tylenol or Advil as needed and continue to use my Flonase as needed. Is it continues to hurt, I will reach back out to your office.
