The check in desk was very pleasant and courteous from Check-in to exiting I feel Ike I'm leaving family. Definitely recommend Dr Hsu and his staff! A very successful journey!

Dr Hsu has a friendly outgoing personality which immediately gave me,the patient, & my son a relaxed & feeling of confidence in his care. He thoroughly explained the MRI of my lumbar spine pointing out why the pain was severe in L 4/5 and the surgical procedure to reduce/ remove the pain.

Very well dressed, I might add!! The practice manager took the time and greeted everyone in the waiting room as she was leaving. Her staff is definitely a reflection of her! The 2 hr drive was worth it, and we left very satisfied with our visit!! Keep up the good work!!

I felt extremely offended by this doctor's appointment. When I told him about my symptoms, he asked me if I was feeling them or if I had read about them on Google. It's absurd for a doctor to insult a patient like that. I would even like him to be removed from my neurosurgeon profile.

Other persons working in the back office seemed to have plenty of free time to visit with one another and were even on the loud side while this individual had a line waiting for her service. Perhaps that is why she appeared to be irritated in general.
