Gave me a tool that honestly has been very helpful with being able to in real time see what is affecting me and what I can do and so forth. So it's definitely been extremely helpful and not just for them, but also for me as this requires a lot of lifestyle changes and this tool honestly has helped me to understand my body better. So I do appreciate that and going to keep going and looking at trying to manage these conditions.
