Everyone was extremely nice and professional from the Receptionist, Nurse, and Checkout Clerk. Dr. Juan Armstrong has a great bedside manner, and breaks down every medical term into easily understandable information.

The parking is TERRIBLE. My apt. was for 9:a.m., got there at 8:30 a.m. and had to park at the FAR END OF THE UPPER LOT!!! Being 82 years old, having COPD and am on continuous oxygen, that is a LONG DISTANCE to have to walk pulling a concentrator. Something needs to be done so solve this problem.Will not be much longer and I will be unable to handle that. COPD does not get any better with time.

I was pleased to find that the Dr took as much time as I needed to express my concerns and answer my questions. He was also quick to say that I could contact him with any additional concerns which comforted me.
