Well, your staff overall, when you speak to a nurse or the nurse practitioner, the nurse practitioner was okay. I don't think that they updated my notes timely, especially if I go in the office on a Thursday and you don't get back with me until Monday morning and I have to call you to get follow-up on my office visit. And also one of your nurses, when finished speaking, I said, thank you, have a good day. She wasn't nice. She hung up the phone without, you know, responding. And also overall, people seems to not know who does what. They want to pass the bucket. And when I asked, am I going to get follow-up on my visit? The lady told me yes. And I asked her when, next week, and she said, next month or next year. She said, well, when the doctor calls you back, I said, so you have no idea. So which leaves me in limbo that they don't know when the doctor calls you back.
