Dr. Gonzalez explained everything to me. She told me all about what was happening with my pulmonary and she explained all kind of testing that she would like to do with me and I felt very comfortable with her.

Being that I'm a disabled veteran and having to negotiate both with the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare and with Wellstar providers, I believe that there's a severe lack of file sharing communication between the Department of Veterans Affairs and WellSTAR on my behalf. Sometimes I literally have to go back to the VA to go get a report of some sort and have it transmitted whether it's the fax email or actually have to go get a request or to bring it to my healthcare provider. I think that's a major failure. There should be a better communication as both parties are trying to do the same thing for my better good. This is something that needs to be looked at far more seriously and why is there a lack of this interoperability between data systems.

I waited more than one and one half hours to see Dr. Gonzales. Perhaps she had seen several patients before me but still the wait was unusually long. She did apologize for keeping me waiting. She has been my physician for many years. Has her work load increased?

Very good nurses they break everything down in a way you know for yourself pain wise they will call the dr now to see can anyone come and see the patient I mean you can tell that it's been a change and I love it even in the ER they was AWESOME
