The gentleman I saw that day, he was very kind, very empathetic, and he also was able to explain stuff really well for me as well. I very much enjoyed talking to him and asking questions. He made me feel comfortable asking stuff without me feeling like I'm dumb or something. He validated my feelings as well. I really liked that. He was really kind. I know I said kind. But yeah, he's great, honestly. Very insightful too. How do I end this? I forgot. Crap.

I felt like he really listened to my daughter as she explained to the problem and he spent time listening to her and figuring out what was wrong and giving us suggestions and followed through with what we would need to do afterwards. He didn't make us feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to get out of there. He was helpful and engaged and I really appreciate that.
