The doctor was really great. I felt like he really listened to my daughter as she explained to the problem and he spent time listening to her and figuring out what was wrong and giving us suggestions and followed through with what we would need to do afterwards. He didn't make us feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to get out of there. He was helpful and engaged and I really appreciate that.

Dr. Manuel is a wonderful doctor, he made me feel very comfortable talking to him . He also made me very comfortable, considering I had to get a shot. He was very gentle & caring. He did not rush in any way.

From the time I checked in, went to X-Ray, saw Dr. Manuel, it was all very professional, but also personable. Overall (excluding the shot in my hip!), it was a very enjoyable appointment. I took my late husband to Augusta Oncology for five years of treatment, yet I had no idea this AU facility at their back door even existed. Im glad I found you!!

When I arrived, there were only two people behind the desk to check patients in. Then when I got back to the room, I thought that it was really odd that not only did I meet with someone who checked me, got my information in the room, but then there was also another person who came in that I guess is Dr. Manuel's PA or something. To me it just kind of, I don't know, not wasted my time, but if I'm gonna end up having to meet with the doctor anyway, why just not go straight to him? Then there's a stool in the room that I used to step up and sit on the table, and the foot was, one of the foot feet coverings was missing, and it was like,
