Wellstar has always provided professional health care for me for years. Each and every person throughout the system has always delivered exceptional care. Wellstar ER took care of me when a medical malpractice occurred with a different hospital and I got to the Kennestone ER.

My visit was very good. I would like to receive a call back from Dr. Bush or his assistant to share with me their thoughts about my lab results, specifically about the ESA information and hemoglobin. But that's it.

When I was checked out at the end of my annual physical appointment, I was told my name would be called for the lab, but they never did call me. Everyone else was helped before me and then they realized they didn't have my name.

Dr. Bush is my new GP as of a few months ago. This is only my second in-person experience with him, but it was fantastic. He's extremely attentive, dials in, you can tell he's listening to the words, he's reflecting back. He threw out the different options, explained them in detail, responds to my questions, and probe to see if I had any additional questions. Unlike many doctors in the state of medicine now where so many of them are on a timetable, I did not at all feel he was rushing the encounter. Took all the time we needed and followed up. So I'm extremely happy with him. I'm glad he joined the practice and I think he's a good example for many.
