Yes, I'm very, very happy with the service at WellSTAR. My appointment was on time. Everything was handled in a timely manner and I was in and out in about an hour or less actually. Dr. Bush and I are relatively new to each other, there has only been a few visits, so there is no long span of time together to base an established pattern on, but I can say that with each of the few visits that's been conducted so far, they were very cordial and helpful. As for the last question about washing of hands, I did not take notice so I can't accurately comment on, and was not provided a choice that reflected that. I would like to express my dislike for so many questions on the sign-in questionnaire, and again in paper form upon arrival, that could be slimmed down to simply checking a box for each that says "NO CHANGES". It would help keep my blood pressure ready from being in the high range when taken shortly after answering all the questions.
