I love this practice! Every time I am greeted with a smile and never leave feeling unseen. For a first time mom there is no better feeling than leaving with all your questions answered.

I told them I was well past 8 weeks and is in need of a proper prenatal appointment. They did not schedule for an ultrasound and had to pencil it in along with labs. Also 9 weeks you can tell the gender. I didnt get a gender and fhe ultrasound was rushed. No follow up info from lab results from ER visit. Still leaving with pain in lower abdomen And still concerned about why and don't know. No one really looked over my ER results to explain. They where giving me a confirmation appointment not what I needed. They apologized but if they are negligent with an appointment then i don't trust thry thry will do what I need for the health of fhe baby and a good delivery. I left my appointment thats I waited so long for that now im 13 weeks just to drive that far to know nothing and not even get a gender evebthough most give one at 9 weeks. Shame Im sad and stressed out about the knowledge of my health bei g up in the air waiting for more results for a few more weeks...

The only issue or complaint was that when I made the initial appointment with the Griffin office, I stated what I was seeing the doctor for my daughter. And right after the appointment, the doctor thought that we were there just for an annual visit. And they also did not have the appropriate birth control there. It has to be sent from Griffin. So now we have to make another appointment to come back. And I was very clear about what the appointment was for when I made the and I was not told, you know, we have to come back again. Other than that, they were very quick to clean off it, very nice, informative, and they addressed all the concerns.

My provider was wonderful, and the nurses I interacted with were very kind and attentive at both of my recent visits. I really appreciate the quality of care they provided. However, I did notice an issue at the front desk. At my last visit, I tried to provide my ID and insurance card, but was told it was already on file. At today's visit, I overheard the reception staff mention that I must not have brought it previously, with a dismissive tone. When I explained that I had indeed tried to provide it, the receptionist rolled her eyes and told me it wasn't in the computer. This left me feeling uncomfortable and somewhat disrespected, especially since I also overheard staff laughing about a form I filled out incorrectly. While the medical staff has been excellent, the front desk interactions detracted from the overall positive experience. I hope this feedback is helpful, because I would love to continue coming here if this can be improved

Um, for the most part, I went in, it was fine. I didn't have to wait an extra 20, 30 minutes to see, um, Dr. Jordan Brown. Um, I would say she could be a little bit more faster, because the time should be only 30 minutes. And by the time I got to my doctor's appointment, it was either 15 to 20 or 30, and I'd be in and out. I almost spent about a half hour in the office waiting. So, other than that, She was fine, she was sweet, very kind. Also, she can be very gentle with the microphone thingy for my baby. She made me jump. But other than that, it was perfectly fine. She's amazing.
