The staff was amazing!!! They all lived in my baby, spoke to my baby and just welcomed her. The one employee even gave my baby some mini Oreos to calm her down so that the ultrasound sound could be completed. I just love all of them there.

Everyone was really nice. Everybody helped me understand everything. Just the very, very, like the nurse or like staff was very, very polite and playful with my son, which is what, well, I guess their talent is, I guess, but they're really great with kids and I appreciate them.

My only suggestion is to have staff available during all working hours. The fires shouldn't be picked during lunch as people may walk in without appointments for help or info and this has happened to me twice. Me and my family had to sit outside in the cold with no car to wait in because we rode in a taxi for an appointment but were early. This was very upsetting.

I found the staff was really friendly and very cooperative, very easy to make an appointment. They reached out to me to make the appointment and parking is also very convenient. It also helps that the office is located where our pediatrician has been since the kids have been born. So that's also very convenient. It was a very pleasurable experience.
