Well, Dr. Yaari was SO nice! However, his MA never smiled, despite my feeble attempts at trying to get her to smile. As a healthcare provider myself, not smiling or having a positive attitude is a requirement, especially working with children. My son is older, maybe she is amazing with the little ones, but she acted as though she couldn't be bothered with my sense of humor OR my son in general.

It was a pleasure meeting with Dr. Jonathan for it to be a first-time visit and not having very much information about me and my foster child. He was very careful to listen and what was going on, all of the symptoms, and with what results he found, he made sure that I completely understood, even down to drawing pictures so that I could visually see what he was saying. I understood everything, clarity, the plan of care, everything, very friendly, kind, informative, and he moved and called me back the next day to make sure everything was in place, gave me contact numbers to reach back out to him if I hadn't gotten any results, and the staffing team, the same. Everyone made sure I had information I need and I appreciate all of that.
