All the personnel i dealt with were very courteous and professional. My only issue had to do with navigating the facility. I had no information as to how to find the area I had to get to for my appointment including the actual name of the clinic. A detailed map would definitely help.

Everybody in the office was really kind from the people at the front desk to the nurse that took my vitals and especially the med student who came in. I believe his name was Harrison. He was wonderful. My nurse was Shalita and she was fantastic. Dr. McKenzie was kind, but I didn't feel that he listened to me as well as I had hoped. But he was kind and we did come up with a treatment plan. All of the contact I've had through MyChart since my appointment has been wonderful and the responses there have been very quick and really helpful. Thank you.

Person who did the EKG wasn't thoughtful. She seemed put off that I was concerned that someone would walk in on me while I didn't have clothes on my upper body. I also had to ask for a gown so that I wouldn't be naked.
