I had a very positive pre-op experience today. Jonathan Maxwell, PA, was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain my upcoming surgery, what to expect, and answer all of my questions. His explanations helped me feel much more prepared and comfortable. I would also like to recognize Nurse Miranda Chance, who called me and carefully reviewed everything with me, including my medications, which ones to stop before surgery, and my arrival time on the day of surgery. She was very patient, organized, and made sure I understood all the instructions. Both Jonathan and Miranda provided outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness. I truly appreciate the time they took to help me feel informed and ready for my surgery. Thank you both for a great experience.
