The front desk staff is always friendly, caring and accommodating. Dr. Chen is always upbeat, caring, informative, thorough and listens to any concerns and/or questions I may have. The team truly makes the office visits pleasurable. Also, although I didn't see Brittney during this visit, she has always been helpful and concerning to me over the years.

Everybody I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Laura, the nurse, could tell I was anxious and was tried to calm me. Dr. Chen explained everything very well. He answered my questions and did so in a way I could understand. He has a great 'bedside' manner.
