I had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with the doctor and his nurse. I needed to see about my prescriptions, I was kicked out of my chart whenever I tried to send a question to the doctor's office and the only phone number was for scheduling and when I would leave a message no one ever calked me back hapoened at least once or twice a week over the past 2 months. Very frustrating not being able to call doctor's office directly or even send them a message through my chart.

Everybody I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Laura, the nurse, could tell I was anxious and was tried to calm me. Dr. Chen explained everything very well. He answered my questions and did so in a way I could understand. He has a great 'bedside' manner.
