Post op problem experience was not good. I had to take my son's post op problem to his pediatrician because the practice didn't seem to want to fit us in to get checked. It turns out he had staph infection. When I addressed the issue with the doctor there was no sense of concern that this was my experience and instead was trying to validate the way the situation was handled.

For question number two, I accidentally hit number one for no when I meant to hit four for most definitely. He is definitely very knowledgeable and he's very informative and I like someone that is attentive and listens and he is just that. He's performed multiple surgeries on my daughter at this point and I have no complaints.

I'm not sure which visit this is in reference to, since we have had 3 this week with my children. But I would just love to say that our pediatrician (Dr. Clay Stallworth) and our ENT (Dr. Prosser) are truly wonderful. I feel confident in the care they have provided to my children over the years and they always have a way of relating with my children so well and easing any health anxiety I may have when I'm worried about specific things. I can't say enough positive things about them. So grateful to truly have the best doctors for my children.

Everyone in this office was very polite and respectful! The Dr was very thorough and you could tell that he really cares about the well being of his patients! I was worried when my son's dr had to refer us to someone so far away that I knew nothing about! I'm so relieved that he is just as good as our original dr!

Dr. Prosser has been an amazing doctor. He's sent for two of my children. Both experiences were great each time. The surgery that he'd done on the other child was phenomenal, put our mouth back together, so I would give him a 10 out of 10. Definitely the best pediatric ENT around.
