Your check-in kiosk is a pain in the ass for taller patients. I get the importance of being able to support people in wheelchairs but you need a better solution for taller people.

Dr. Murimi is fabulous. I've been seeing him for many, many years. The office, on the other hand, somewhat to be desired. The check-in processes, the constant nagging by emails, text, messages, and then having to go through the check-in cycle after you've already checked in at the office is ridiculous. And you guys need to fix that.

Your lab is a joke I sit there and time your lab technicians (main lab) for over 10 minutes after the last patients left and they still had not call another patient. I went to the overflow so I do not know how long they played around,
