Dr Murimi listens carefully and answers all the questions that I ask. He explains why he gives his answers. He takes all of my applicable test results and other reasons that he came up with the answers to my questions. I greatly appreciate that.

I appreciate Dr. Murimi very much and the practice is really good. The only thing is the billing department. They can definitely improve on that. I have a hard time trying to get through to them and they want you to email them and I had a problem with x-rays getting billed from a different code and they won't change it. And my insurance is telling them to change it because that's when they'll pay it. So billing is, I think, their most difficult challenge. Thank you.
