He listens very carefully to all of the situations that I'm dealing with, and he treats me like I'm the only person there when I know that there's a crowd waiting on him. He gives undivided attention and simple instructions that I can follow. And anything that I feel like I'm uncomfortable to mention, I feel very comfortable talking to him. And I like the facility. I like where it's located. It's close to me. It's convenient. And everybody is always so very nice, especially the ladies down where they take the blood. They don't have to stick me 10 and 12 times. They usually just get it on the first time.

I would like to address the letter you give to your patients before their apt. It made me question whether I could even ask the questions I needed to for my yearly physical. I even considered not coming back after receiving this but because my doctor is so good and thorough I changed my mind. Also, I have a suggestion. Why not do the blood work ahead of the appointment instead of reading last years results so that it can be more accurate to this visit.

They refilled my 90 prescription twice but then the third time said they can't refill it because I have to seen him every 90 days. How do I go 9 months without a visit or how do they refill it twice and not catch it until the 3rd time?
