Dr. Majors was very knowledgeable about what is wrong with me. I explained that the doctor I WAS seeing never took the time to get down on lay terms with me. Dr. Majors sat down, we settled on a plan, and know what is gonna be done, as long as my ailment cooperates. I felt very confident, after Dr. Majors was speaking for only a few minutes. I have a new doctor now. Thanks Dr. Majors.

Front office staff was professional and friendly. Back office staff was professional and caring. Overall a very pleasant experience. We arrived 30 minutes early and they took us to the exam room right away. In and out before the appointment time.

Dr. Majors was fat-phobic. He tried to soften it, but the lecture he gives his new patients is highly presumptuous and judgemental! He talked about portion control and exercise, which is something every fat person has heard all their life. And I was clear up front that i needed an understanding of the financial obligations right up front, and still, he drew me up papers for an EGD and bloodwork before I had the details of the process. I was told over the phone the only way to know the cost is at the appointment, but when i got their, nobody was aware that was my expectation based off of that promise. So Dr. Majors wasted my time on lectures, when I couldn't even make any decisions anyway! Communications between departments needs to be better!
