Dr. Lue is the first gyn that has really tried to help find the solution for the complications i have Been dealing with. He listens, and not only help with figuring out what is wrong but explains step by step the entire process. Highly recommend!!

I'm a sexual assault survivor, Dr Lue did not know my past and I felt extremely comfortable with this male physician

I really liked Dr. Lue. The medical student that worked with him was very nice, and I think she took a thorough report. However, she was the person who actually did my pelvic exam, and from the results I see in the computer, she did not get enough cells. And so now I guess I'm left knowing that I have to come in and have the entire exam repeated, and I'm wondering, Financially, is that my responsibility? This was a student, and Dr. Lue didn't go behind her and also did the exam, so it kind of comes into question. Even though he is a great teacher and she did a good job initially, the actual physical exam part, the worst part of this exam, of this whole yearly exam is the pelvic exam, and now that has to be repeated.

He talked about, you know, the best way to move forward with perhaps probably conceiving and he felt, he made me feel very comfortable. I got my IUD removed and experienced, it was a good experience. So I just wanted to say thank you Dr. Lue and thank you for hearing me out on everything I had to say. So thank you so much.

I was waiting a phone call from a provider from 1.45pm to 6 pm. We were supposed to have a virtual appointment. I didn't get any phone call, so I don't have any experience to tell about my appointment, just a frustration.

You will-never leave there with one question not answered by him that you have asked, he is always available and willing to talk to you if you need to talk to him. So, I wasn't going to leave Feedback because, you know, my husband wants to be a rock star. And I don't really have a choice. So, what really is the point of leaving Feedback when I have to go to you guys anyway? I mean, not really now because I've hit my out-of-pocket next. So, I'm going to try and find another gynecologist. But it was just kind of a waste of time for me to go with the problem and he didn't even examine me. I told everything to the PA, who paid more attention than the actual doctor, who wasn't, like, he was so confused as to what was going on, which didn't really make that much sense because I'm very articulate and very good at explaining

I would like to see improvements on wait times. I waited over an hour before the Dr. Lue came in the room. I would also like to suggest that students doctors/interns are advised on how to dress and their appearance. The student's clothes were wrinkled and white coat was stained.
