The nurse was great! She was fast, friendly, and took very good care of me. Dr. Lue also provided me with a lot of helpful information. Overall, the service was good, but I would have rated my experience a 10 if the wait time had been a little shorter. I also have a concern regarding who is present in the examination room. I'm not sure if the other male in the room was a student or trainee, but I am routinely asked before my visits whether I consent to having additional people, including students, in the room. I always select "No students." However, there is consistently someone in the room other than the doctor. I would appreciate clarification on who these individuals are and why they are present, as I believe my preferences regarding additional people in the room should be respected. However my overall experience wasn't too bad

I was waiting in my room for over a hour . I got to my appointment on time . I never was seen so I left very unprofessional and ridiculous. Somebody could have let me know that it was gonna be a minute before the doctor came or let me know or came in to check up on me, but nobody did nothing. The nurse was just on the phone.

Described everything to the finest detail and were so personable and listened to everything I had questions about, and introduced options I hadn't even thought of!!! Absolutely hilarious with phenomenal 'bedside manner' without downplaying anything I told them about and immediately backed up any decisions I made in my appointment. 10/10 awesome!
