As we were sitting in waiting area before my appointment I noticed a bloody bandage in middle of floor. I notified both girls at front desk. Went in for appt which was over half hour. When I came out I had to check out. Noticed the bandage still on the floor. Brought it to their attention again and they said they were not going to touch anything bloody. Then one said office was closing soon and cleaning staff cd take of it. This is unacceptable as anyone could have tripped on it, etc. I now do not have a good feel about this office or its standards for safety and cleanliness or the aloofness shown towards patient's concerns.
