I hope this remains anonymous. There were 3 employees sitting at the front desk openly conversing rather than working. I think only one, maybe two, were assigned to check-in and check-out duty. I believe once it gets to 30 minutes past appointment time and I am still in the waiting room someone should have the courtesy to let me know what is going on.

Provider was pleasant and answered all of my questions. I sometimes feel nervous about seeing the ob/gyn, but he put me at ease. The appointment felt unrushed. Also the medical assistants and front staff were all very nice.

My regular OB/GYN is currently out on medical leave, but when I tell you I felt nothing but genuine care and respect from Dr. Phillips, I mean it! He truly listened to my concerns, answered every single question, and made me feel like I was just having a conversation with a friend. It was easily the most comfortable, attentive appointment I've ever had a total 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. Dr. Phillips was amazing stepping in for Dr. Aldridge. I've been coming to Wellstar for a while now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I can't recommend this practice and Dr. Phillips enough!

Dr. Phillips is incredible! After my miscarriage, he treated me with the utmost compassion, care, and respect during such a difficult time. He took the time to discuss my options for seeing a fertility specialist and explained what I can do to improve my chances of having a healthy, successful pregnancy in the future. I truly appreciated how supportive, knowledgeable, and understanding he was throughout the entire experience. I'm grateful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients!
