The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and respectful. They treated me like an individual and not like just one number. Dr. Phillips made me feel at ease, he listened, answered all my questions and explained why he wanted to do papsmier and schedule ultrasound just to be on a safe side. His demeanor was calm and he had a very nice personality. I will definitely recommend him in the future.

Everyone is personable and professional and courteous. As I sat in the waiting room, patients and partners were greeted with a warm smile as they came in or left the practice. Dr. Phillips takes the time to review my file prior to seeing me (after all, he hasn't seen me in over a year and he's seen more patients than I care to number here). I appreciate him refamiliarizing himself with my issues to make him ready to answer my questions and perform the necessary procedures.

Doctor is excellent. Nurse didn't give me the glucose drink at first even tho I asked twice and sent me directly to the lab causing me 4 hours of back and forth in different buildings and extra long wait.
