Excellent service during this office visit with the doctor. Excellent communication skills and more accurately , she listens. She also made me feel like she understood the info in my files. Answered questions, knowledgeable in her field, and easy to talk to. Front desk person was professional and welcoming and the person who did vitals was outstanding with a wonderful way of listening , helping, and addressing the my needs. Best overall office visit I have had as I have navigated this process and visited other doctors offices. All seemed to take ownership for patient satisfaction.

It was my first visit - but it gave me pause when the provider said that if I had another infection- I did not have to come in- to just call. I want to be reassured that I can see my provider at any time there is a need. That said, I don't feel she meant it in any way- and the office staff were lovely. So I am willing to accept that I took the comment out of context. As much as i hope I will never have need to return, if i do- I want to be seen and examined first- not on a call only.

I'm very pleased with the visit. They checked me in quickly, got me back to see the nurse or whoever takes blood pressure. She did that very quickly and professionally and gathered information. And the doctor saw me within minutes of her leaving. So that was very quick and efficient. Had me set up and sent downstairs for labs and that worked very well. I think she heard what I had to talk about and she even gave me more information about some other medical conditions I was going through and actually did a more thorough job of explaining that than the doctors that I'm going through that with. So I'm very pleased with this practice and the doctor.

Dr Ekane is amazing, caring and listens, she is kind, gave me great tips in handling my disease. She has gotten me to point, where I have partially forgiven myself. She has alot of desire to see me do well.

Dr. Ekane and her entire staff not only make me comfortable, but they have gone out of their way to save my health when my insurance was acting up. In this season, I don't trust anybody else as much as I trust them, to be honest. I love that staff.
