Confused as to why Wellstar does not support blood test to detect colorectal cancer. I am a low risk patient with no family history yet PCP declined to order test.

My visit was excellent, very professional, very courteous, and very caring. I know I came in with a knee pain, so the staff that he assisted me all through. Dr. Shin was very compassionate, very thorough, very detailed with me, and handled me with care, and even gave me more additional recommendations. So it's a 10. I really appreciate it. I'll continue going to have for my care. Thank you.

I absolutely love Dr. Shin. She's been my doctor for about seven years, I believe now. She's absolutely amazing. She listens and she helps me solve any problems that I do have. But sometimes the nursing staff can be a little slow and careless.

The phlebotomist downstairs needs to be retrained and I recommend pulled from the floor immediately. I'm currently in medical school she definitely didn't know the anatomy of the vein. She stuck me with the needle multiple times and was trying to "milk" the vein while the needle was still in. It just didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. If she is in training, I understand but she needs someone with her. Again this is for the phlebotomist downstairs that drew my blood today... thank you
