I greatly appreciate Dr. Shin, but I did have a longer wait then usual after being placed in an exam room. That just tells me she is taking as much time as needed to address her patient's concerns, but her tech could have updated me on the delay.

First thing i noticed when coming in my room today is the smell of Lysol/Clean and that the Medical Assistant washed her hands. "It's the little things?". Also it would be awesome if the response time in MyChart was answered much quicker and messages are not getting a 24hr call back. You can never get answered calls from a clinical staff member. Over all visits are always very welcoming and Dr. Shin is amazing and caring every time I visit the office.

This tele-visits are great, especially when the doctor does not need to physically look at your body, but just to talk with you as to how things are going and follow up on whatever was done at the previous in-person visit. It just saves so much time, and I know it does for the provider as well. I know it does for me. Thank you.

Dr. Jiyo Shin is an amazing person, she is caring, professional. Her staff is dwindling, which makes it hard on all the medical staff. They deserve better care by who ever that manages the staff. Too much floating, makes it hard on all, that's including patients/customers.
