Everything was excellent. Good service at reception. The qualified medical staff was very good, excellent. The nurses, the doctor who treated me. My only slight issue was with the translator. I didn't like the translator's work because I had to keep explaining things to him, and I could see that the doctor didn't understand him. That's where the translators' shortcomings lie. It's better for everyone to bring their own translator or something, because the man didn't seem very happy doing the translation. Otherwise, I repeat, excellent. Everything was excellent, except for what I just mentioned.

I ended up not talking about the things I wanted to because I thought I wasn't supposed to talk about the other stuff in the physical

I met with Jillian this week to discuss abnormal labs and follow-up. She was thorough, however, what upset me greatly is she said she was referring me to a hematologist, which I accepted the referral. She gave me the number and the number was actually an oncology group, which upset me greatly. I had no idea she was referring me to an oncologist. I understand that hematology is a subspecialty of oncology, but to hear them pick up the phone saying oncology services really scared me and she did not prepare me for this. So that is the main reason for my complaints today.
