The office staff was very concerned that I scheduled a physical but had other things to talk about so they kept saying to change my appointment to the other type of appointment but I needed the physical for work. I ended up not talking about the things I wanted to because I thought I wasn't supposed to talk about the other stuff in the physical

Mrs Goro is so nice and comforting. She listens thoroughly and has such a nice demeanor. As much as I fear going to the doctor, she makes me feel better and always smiles. She's a 1,000 out of 1. Thanks Mrs Goro!

I met with Jillian this week to discuss abnormal labs and follow-up. She was thorough, however, what upset me greatly is she said she was referring me to a hematologist, which I accepted the referral. She gave me the number and the number was actually an oncology group, which upset me greatly. I had no idea she was referring me to an oncologist. I understand that hematology is a subspecialty of oncology, but to hear them pick up the phone saying oncology services really scared me and she did not prepare me for this. So that is the main reason for my complaints today.

As always, Jillian, all of the providers there do an excellent job. I saw Jillian yesterday and came in there with her or the day before yesterday with a horrible cough and wheezing and I'm still wheezing and coughing, but I'm doing a lot better. Her concern was stellar no sooner than I got from getting my chest x-ray. She was already calling me, letting me know that I did not have pneumonia and just wishing me to feel better. I thought that was awesome that I didn't have to wait too long to MyChart to get that information.

She was thorough, however, what upset me greatly is she said she was referring me to a hematologist, which I accepted the referral. She gave me the number and the number was actually an oncology group, which upset me greatly. I had no idea she was referring me to an oncologist. I understand that hematology is a subspecialty of oncology, but to hear them pick up the phone saying oncology services really scared me and she did not prepare me for this. So that is the main reason for my complaints today.
