The doctor and the nurse were extremely helpful and patient. And if you ask a question, they don't look at you or try to answer you in a condescending tone or manner to make you feel stupid. They talk with you like they want you to really understand what is going on, what's transpiring. And I was just glad I got a good nurse. I got a good doctor. And I just, I'm just grateful and thankful. And it just makes me feel comfortable and at peace. Thank you so much. Bye-bye. I hope y'all recognize the doctor and the nurse because they went, they just, they make your facility look good. They make you want to recommend the facility to other people because you receive outstanding professionals.

I thought Dr. Parikh is a really fine doctor and a great person. He takes his time and explains things to me, the patient, while at the same time there always seems to be a long wait before I ever get to see him. I am disappointed with seeking correction to have all of my medication to the VA Pharmacy. The VA verified my needed medication is carried within the VA Pharmacy.

I can't provide enough praise for Dr. Klaassen for recent visits and surgery. After one visit, I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Parikh. Stephanie Lancaster and Bria Hall, both RNs, have been so helpful and thorough with their communications. This group is the best, and this is means something coming from me (historically disappointed and skeptical with my medical staff interactions). I would hesitate to send any of my family and friends to this team.

Doctor's and Nurse's need to get together and give the same information. I have Diabetes and no one could tell me what to do to bring it down. They just say it's your problem. You are eating wrong and that's the bottom line. I am thankful that I am the first person who has Cancer and diabetes that they had to treat and have not found the answer. God Bless them and their team.

This encounter was a wonderful experience from my arrival through conclusion. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Mo, the nurse, explained every step she took. Dr. Prakash is absolutely one of the best physicians I have encountered! He took time, answered questions, consulted with another professional when he was unsure of an issue, and was actively listening. I am so grateful to have found him during my cancer journey. Promote him!
