Love my doctor and nurses. The people that work at the front desk are very nice. The lab people are so very nice and very good at what they do!

I scheduled a physical and wasn't evaluated at all, basically paid my co-pay to hear what i have already heard from last year's evaluation. Waste of my time and money.

Justine, the tech for Dr.Liu is wonderful and knowledgeable. She is friendly and outgoing which I like. Of course, Dr. Liu is wonderful, very professional - reviews all my meds to make sure they are not causing some of my problems. She is reassuring and that is comforting! At my age, she says I'm in good health for my age!!! And I don't have dementia which was music to my ears. Then I checked out with Nora, once again, made my 6 mo. and my yearly appts for next year. She had a smile on her face and looked at me instead of always staring at her computer! That is good customer service!!!kudos to them all!!!!!

Dr Liu and her staff are always easy to understand and have never made me feel that my questions on my health are foolish. I wish that Dr liu would have me come in prior to my appointment date for lab work so that we could discuss my results at my appointment.

I was disappointed because I waited a long while to see the doctor and when I was finished, the lab was closed so I couldn't get bloodwork completed. I had to make an appointment to come back another day.

Dr.Liu and Staff always go above and beyond. I lost my husband 2yrs ago and he was one of Dr.Liu's patients too. She's asked me how I'm doing like I'm family not like doctor and patient. She makes you feel like a family member. She really cares .
