The medical staff and the business staff were professional and very kind. Dr. Stepp even rolled me out to.my car! She went above and beyond. Dr. Stepp.has always provided us with not only our medical needs, but she has written letters to help us get other services. She is not only our doctor but our friend as well!

The only thing that I was not happy with going to the bathroom smelled was not clean, which I know my doctor had nothing to do with it, but the staff that cleans needs to do a better job

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I had an incident happen today where after I had bloodwork, I had a vasovagal response. I thought I felt ok and then when scheduling with the checkout desk,I passed out. I woke up and nurses were surrounded around me and checking on me and attending to me ensuring I was ok. They grabbed me a snack, water , were checking my vitals. They checked and made sure I did not hit my head or hurt anything . They were so very kind and I truly felt safe .... as I was very freaked out after what just happened (I have never passed out before) they were absolute angels and I'm so thankful they were there to help me. They even walked me out to my car once I felt better to make sure I was safe. This office is the best and I want them to be recognized.
