Dr. Mcclard is very knowledgeable, very patient, and a great doctor with WellSTAR Health System. The front office staff was exceptional. They were friendly, they were warm, and they definitely were very skilled and knowledgeable of their role. The clinical staff as well provided exceptional service.

Yes, it was a very extraordinary appointment. Information was explained in great detail. Care and listening was at the top of the chart. Explaining detail by detail was really great. Making sure I have all the printouts and copies of my visit and whatever questions I had was answered. Just very unique and very oriented. Superb, superb appointment.

She definitely works as part of my healthcare team. She sent notes to my psychiatrist which isn't even in WellStar due to a possible side effect of a medication I'm taking. She also mentioned working with my primary care provider which is part of WellStar.
