The office needs to coordinate Endocrinology appts with Primary care so that whichever receptionist you check in with first, she then can see that you need to check in with the other so that they can let you know. I checked in with one on my most recent visit. I didn't know I needed to check in with both, and while I was on time, I missed my appointment sitting there waiting to be called in the waiting room. That's not acceptable!

They are always well-prepared for my visit with virtually no waiting time either in waiting room or for provider. Any prescriptions are sent directly to preferred pharmacy & printed instructions are ready upon departure. Great experience !

I got a lot of good feedback that helped me going forward with the problem I was having. Actually, he recommended that I go to the emergency room if things didn't get better by Saturday, which I did. And that was a good move. Definitely was able to get some additional fluids and some more information about my labs and things like that. So all the information was very vital. And the information that I was given was excellent. I feel very strongly about the information that this person relayed to me. Again, I was very happy with the service. Thank you very much.
