The ladies at the front desk, and also the doctor's assistant who took my blood pressure as well with my weight were very professional, very kind, polite, and friendly, and also was Dr Jesse Smith. He made sure and cleare that I had a good understanding of the procedures going to be done on my next Appointment, He was very concern regarding my health and gave me information I needed to follow through for my next appointment visit. Therefore I'm looking forward to attending my next Doctor's appointment visit, due to my first visit experience was very great.

Was only my first visit to setup care coming from a different office. I was impressed that there was little wait time to get to the back and when the Dr arrived. That was an issue at the last office when it typically took 45 mins past the appt time before I saw the Dr. I hope this is a trend

If a patient is waiting for a half hour in the waiting area, someone should update the patient instead of leaving the patient there and eventually having the patient have to ask when they will be seen or what is going on.
