Loved DrPruitt when I finally saw him and so glad I did! He solved a problem I've had over 20 years and have seen over 10 doctors for ! He's fabulous!! However, I got so frustrated with the sign-in system, I almost didn't see him. Its a mess. I had no record of the appointment, didn't know what kind of provider or where so I couldn't complete the online info accurately. It requested my credit card, health info and drivers licenses before it told me where the providing was so I could Google him and find out what was going on. Totally not patient-focused! He deserves better! A little info next to his name on the first page ("Neurologist, Augusta" next to his name) would help patients feel so much better about Wellstar!

But what sets him apart is his personality, character, kindness, genuineness, 'bed side' manner. He remembers every detail of my care, condition, meds, etc from visit to visit. He even checks in with me regarding my family, and other personal goals like my weight loss journey. I just love him...he is THE BEST!
