Dr.Pruitt is hands down the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I know you likely know this because he is so highly reviewed but he has changed how I feel about going to a neurologist. For years, I was ignored and shrugged off. I was only given part of the info I needed and now to have a doctor who actually listens and seems to truly care is incredible. Very very thankful for him.

Loved DrPruitt when I finally saw him and so glad I did! He solved a problem I've had over 20 years and have seen over 10 doctors for ! He's fabulous!! However, I got so frustrated with the sign-in system, I almost didn't see him. Its a mess. I had no record of the appointment, didn't know what kind of provider or where so I couldn't complete the online info accurately. It requested my credit card, health info and drivers licenses before it told me where the providing was so I could Google him and find out what was going on. Totally not patient-focused! He deserves better! A little info next to his name on the first page ("Neurologist, Augusta" next to his name) would help patients feel so much better about Wellstar!
