Staff are prompt at check in and welcoming. Nurses were friendly while checking you in and while asking questions to update your medical history and medication list. Dr. Pruitt is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor who cares about each patient and he pays attention to me while I'm in the exam room asking questions about my journey with myasthenia Gravis. How I'm doing? How I'm feeling? What has changed since my last visit? He discussed the next step in my treatment plan and what he wants to get approved for treatment to hopefully improve my symptoms of Myasthenia Gravis.

Dr. Pruitt was absolutely exceptional. He is probably the best physician I've seen in Augusta and the most thorough. Unfortunately, I don't need to see him on a repeat, but if I ever do, I certainly would look for him first. My only criticism would be the gal at the reception desk could smile a little bit more and give you a much more warmer welcome when you show up at the office at 7:45. But she got me checked in, so it was all good, but it was worth it for the doctor. Dr. Pruitt was just unbelievably excellent. He exceeded all expectations.

A bit frustrated that person who checked me in wasn't able to change my Planned Administrators in computer to "primary " instead of secondary. Told me I had to call billing office. This just results in more complications for your organization to get paid.

I don't rate highly on a whim, at times not at all. Several factors are important. First is the greeting. It was amazing! It set the tone for the visit. This staff was warm and welcoming. 30-60 extra seconds of kindness costs nothing and the net gains are priceless. If the accounting department says differently fire them. As always the staff, PA, and the physician were all extraordinary. Noone gives up. If I were to improve anything, there would be 2 things. First. it would be to increase the time limit for patient intake once we're in the room to 9-10 minutes or diagnosis dependent. I take a lot of meds. If we don't verify those correctly something unfortunate could occur. If we miss one, that would be 100 percent on the bean counters or whoever set the time. The second improvement would be to ask if I had any other neuro issues. I will not under any circumstances write neuro issues on a digital check in form - that's the most ridiculous thing on the planet besides tube socks and crocs. That's it - wonderful staff and experience. They treated me exceptionally well, as always. 2 suggestions. ;-D

He also works wonderfully with my primary care physician so that I have a coordinated care team not just two doctors working independently. I feel seen, listened to, and REALLY cared for. I have seen many doctors for my condition ranging from Mayo Clinic to John Hopkins. Dr Pruitt is truly a world class doctor. Thank you for looking after me where others have dropped away.

If we don't verify those correctly something unfortunate could occur. If we miss one, that would be 100 percent on the bean counters or whoever set the time. The second improvement would be to ask if I had any other neuro issues. I will not under any circumstances write neuro issues on a digital check in form - that's the most ridiculous thing on the planet besides tube socks and crocs. That's it - wonderful staff and experience. They treated me exceptionally well, as always. 2 suggestions. ;-D

A bit frustrated that person who checked me in wasn't able to change my Planned Administrators in computer to "primary " instead of secondary. Told me I had to call billing office. This just results in more complications for your organization to get paid.

Dr. Pruitt was absolutely exceptional. He is probably the best physician I've seen in Augusta and the most thorough. Unfortunately, I don't need to see him on a repeat, but if I ever do, I certainly would look for him first. My only criticism would be the gal at the reception desk could smile a little bit more and give you a much more warmer welcome when you show up at the office at 7:45. But she got me checked in, so it was all good, but it was worth it for the doctor. Dr. Pruitt was just unbelievably excellent. He exceeded all expectations.

Staff are prompt at check in and welcoming. Nurses were friendly while checking you in and while asking questions to update your medical history and medication list. Dr. Pruitt is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor who cares about each patient and he pays attention to me while I'm in the exam room asking questions about my journey with myasthenia Gravis. How I'm doing? How I'm feeling? What has changed since my last visit? He discussed the next step in my treatment plan and what he wants to get approved for treatment to hopefully improve my symptoms of Myasthenia Gravis.
