I wasn't paying attention to an handwashing. I was given ample time, attention, and information to feel comfortable. I have not yet had my surgery so I cannot 100% recommend this surgeon. She definitely gave me ample time to discuss and explain the surgery and was extremely affable and professional. I wasn't left sitting in the waiting room forever which was a very welcomed experience.
