My experience was good except for the fact that someone who booked my appointment put it was accident related. The front desk had to make a correction. I was there for a sick visit. The other issue was my prescription was sent to my pharmacy but they said they didn't receive it. I called the office but couldn't reach anyone. I then had to call the on call physician for them to resend it to the pharmacy. There is a problem with their computers system. I hope they get it fixed.

My grandson put a bead in his ear yesterday afternoon. They couldn't find get it out at Urgent Care. I called this EBT office that we had used in the past. It was after 430pm, so I was transferred to the RN for triage. She sent a message to the office. I received a call at 730am with an 1130am appt offer. From start to finish, everyone i interacted with were professional, caring & concerned. The provider was patient, kind & very competent. I am more than impressed with this entire Team. The office setting is nice also.
