Dr. Poon was extremely kind and thorough during the exam. Even though she spent most of the appointment speaking with me, she continued to check in with my daughter to make sure she was ok with us talking about her and reassuring her that nothing we were talking about was bad. Just an absolute delight to have a Doctor who listened to not only me, but made sure my daughter was comfortable during the appointment.

I really loved our experience with Dr. Poon. She is amazing. She talked to my daughter first and made sure that they were, that my daughter was comfortable with her. And then she asked me a ton of questions and made sure that I understood everything as well. She is absolutely wonderful.

Dr.Poon and staff were amazing! What was not amazing was the pre-visit instructions I received. There was no correct address given, the phone number given in the email was incorrect and led me to receive wrong instructions, and we were nearly late. The email gave a mailing address, the text message reminders gave no address whatsoever, leaving me to call the phone number listed that offered an option for directions, and those led me to a completely wrong building. This led to my daughter being extremely upset and worried we were lost, as well as raising my stress level. We have waited months for this visit and wanted to be certain we made it. The staff and doctor, however, were amazing, compassionate, understanding, and made my daughter feel comfortable, happy, and heard. She has bad doctor anxiety, but Doctor Poon went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and cared for. The nurse who took vitals was kind and understanding. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The person who works security behind the desk on the first floor of the building was also wonderful and helpful in directing us where to go for the appointment. The staff is five stars hands down.

Also being contacted multiple times via text and email about my expected balance....okay. But it would be nice if there were directions on where to park, what door to use. The clerk is always sweet and helpful but come on. Also I came prepared to pay my balance and nobody wanted it after all that.
