I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer Bruggers ever since I had a car wreck in 2019. I had a pylon fracture, which is extremely complicated, and she did an amazing job. She has followed me ever since, and I have not been dissatisfied. I would highly recommend her to anyone with any issue with orthotics, orthopedic issues for an orthopedic surgeon.

When we arrived for our appointment, they took us right in and gave us the room to meet the surgeon, which was great. However, we had to wait a long time for the surgeon to come. I know that surgeons are very busy people, but it was hard on me the next day. But I appreciate your services. Thank you.

I was not told that everything said in the room at the time was going to be recorded. I'm also a workers' comp patient, so I don't know if that made a difference. But that caused some confusion as to when Dr. Bruggers was releasing me and the fact that I did not like being recorded because it recorded and, you know, artificial intelligence was writing this information. I'm sure Dr. Bruggers has read it and would make comments on it, but I did not like that at all.

They didn't make me wait. I got checked in and waited less than two minutes before I got x-rays and then I waited less than five minutes to be taken back to my exam room. All in all the whole experience took less than 45 minutes, which was amazing.
