The advice that was given doesn't seem to have made much of a headway. My ear still feels like it's clogged. It's affecting my hearing. I don't know what the next steps would be if floanase and clear din is not working. Thank you. What would be helpful if there was a follow-up call from the medical staff?

A big objective at this facility currently is not being able to get your lab work done. Nothing on our doctors or our PAs there, but it is a really big inconvenience that we have to leave and choose out of several different locations where we need to get our lab works done. That is not acceptable. Been going to this facility for over 20 years and don't know why this has changed, but someone needs to review this and correct accordingly and get technicians back in the facility to do the lab work.
