The PA, Jennifer, was extremely professional and took the time to explained what was needed and how it would be accomplished. She had gentle hands as she cleaned and stitched my wound. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. I have already recommended it to others.

The staff was very courteous. I didn't have a long wait. They kept me informed of what was going on. However, I still have the same issue. The advice that was given doesn't seem to have made much of a headway. My ear still feels like it's clogged. It's affecting my hearing. I don't know what the next steps would be if floanase and clear din is not working. Thank you. What would be helpful if there was a follow-up call from the medical staff?

A big objective at this facility currently is not being able to get your lab work done. Nothing on our doctors or our PAs there, but it is a really big inconvenience that we have to leave and choose out of several different locations where we need to get our lab works done. That is not acceptable. Been going to this facility for over 20 years and don't know why this has changed, but someone needs to review this and correct accordingly and get technicians back in the facility to do the lab work.

The nurse called me on my phone while I was waiting to go live with the doctor on my computer. If she had come onto the computer, she would've realized she couldn't hear me and it would've saved time with the doctor trying to figure out why my sound wasn't working. I never could get my sound to work where the doctor could hear me so she ended up having to call me. I just thought maybe that was something I could've worked out with the nurse possibly instead of taking up the doctors time.

The front office staff seems very nice but appears to be confused. They also claim that my phone number is inaccurate. This is not true, as it has been the same number on my chart since I became a Wellstar patient. If for some reason they thought they had the wrong number why would they not verify the number and call back. I feel they should not leave VM while talking with other staff and/or patients. Which they did leaving a voicemail. Claim the called back and spoke to a women. There is no lady at my number or my home. They must have called another incorrect number. Again why would they not verify and call again. Instead of telling the patient their number is wrong in portal.
