From the moment you enter the office, you feel a pleasant and trustworthy atmosphere. All the staff are very kind and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jenifer Conde. It's the first time I've felt comfortable and pain-free, or experienced any discomfort, during an annual checkup. I recommended her to my daughter. May God bless, multiply, and prosper all those who work with dedication and love, like those in this office.

The nurses and front staff were good. However, I felt the doctor made kind of harsh comments based on very little information, especially for a new patient visit about former health issues I'd had during pregnancy. I will not continue care with her and it was due to the nature of her comments, which made me feel very judged at all.

The front desk staff, the assistants taking vitals and of course Dr. Conde were all breaths of fresh air in I could tell they cared I was there for my specific appoint, cared about whatever information I shared and asked specific and appropriate questions to what information they needed to have my records complete and detailed.

I have been going to this office for several years now for my OBGYN care, and I can gladly say every time I'm there from the front office, from the start, to the physician, to the physician assistant, to the checkout lady, everyone is so sweet and kind and fast-paced, and they're just wonderful. I had not had a pelvic exam in three years, when I visited this office. The appointment was also made because I had experienced some unusual bleeding. It was my expectation that a PAP smear would be performed, although I didn't ask this specifically. It wasn't until after I left that I wondered if one had been done. I messaged the office to ask, and was told that one was not done as I'd not had a positive PAP smear previously. I would've liked for the doctor to have discussed this with me at the appointment. At my later virtual visit with Dr. Conde, she did order a PAP smear for another time, at no charge, which is nice. It would have been more convenient to have had it at the first appointment though. She and her staff were helpful and courteous, otherwise.
