I have had two babies prior to this pregnancy. I was fortunate to have the same doctor treat me for one and same with the other. This felt like just a number they were trying to get in and get out. Every single thing from the bloodwork, to the ultrasound, to the papsmear was rough. It was not gentle and that's probably because they're just trying to get it done and on to the next. I don't like that I won't see probably the same person at all ever, but it just was not a normal experience I've had in the past. The front office ladies are fantastic and star was sweet too. Outside of that, I'm going to be moving my appointments to another office.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. When I asked the professional for an annual checkup due to my illness, she insisted on waiting another five weeks, even though I've had two surgeries for the same condition. This is definitely the first and last time I'll visit them.

I sent a message on September 3rd, and I got a response 12 days later when it says that they will respond to you in 24 to 48 hours. Also I told the Doctor that I had tubal ligation back on 2016 and she still recommended to do and IUD for my ovarian cyst.
