Dr. Conde is great!! The whole office staff are always very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is their scheduling. You can't schedule your yearly appointment upon leaving, because the schedule is not open that far out. I had to call 4 times to get in for my annual because the schedule was not open yet.

The front staff handled a non speaking patient with professional courtesy by calling for a translator and using as much of their speaking skills as possible. Great job with assisting her!

I sent a message on September 3rd, and I got a response 12 days later when it says that they will respond to you in 24 to 48 hours. Also I told the Doctor that I had tubal ligation back on 2016 and she still recommended to do and IUD for my ovarian cyst.

Dr. Conde is the best, she makes me feel comfortable. I can discuss any issues with her, and ask questions. She is very knowledgeable... professional ... and down to earth !!!! The staff is AWESOME SAUCE very kind !!!

Dr Conde is always professional and personable. She listens informs and I have seen her more than once. Is had an IUD Removed and replaced. It was awful the pain I experienced but bc she did my last one I knew my cervix would act difficult. She was able to get it done in a timely manner and talked about what I was going to feel during the process. Minus my pain the overall experience was good and they listened to me. (P.S. they did give me something for pain after my procedure was over)

First time at this practice. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Dr. Conde was pleasant and knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this practice. The only thing that could be improved is the service in the lab. I signed in and was waiting to have blood drawn and a pregnant woman cut in front of me and the technician almost allowed another pregnant woman to cut in front of me. I understand these women are pregnant but it's first come first serve unless you have an appointment.
