I had a major fall about two months ago and needed a nurse, nor the doctor mentioned it or mention the drug that he had prescribed that likely caused it, it was metformin, and the side effect was blacking out, which has never happened to me before. I wasn't there for that, I had an eye problem, and the doctor gave me a good referral and my eyes on the mend, but I'm very discouraged that he didn't ask about my back compression fracture. I know he has all my records.
