First, I wanted to say that I love Dr. Cox. I've had him for a while. He's a very, very smart man. But I was trying to explain to him why they would reject the weight loss drug to me because I didn't exactly fit the criteria, but with my specific health disease, that he would have to put it in writing as to why I needed that medication, and I still yet to get a response back.

I had a physical today, 10/06/2026. I felt like there was not enough time spent with me, it was a quick visit for it being a physical. My ears were not checked, nor was my throat. You allowed time for a physical, will bill my insurance for a physical, yet I felt like I did not have a physical. The doctor spent no more than 10 minutes with me. Wellstar you used to be better than this, you can be better than this. Thank you.

I had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes never saw the doctor cuz my husband had an appointment and he got through with his in no time I watched everybody that came in there and they only sat there for about 5 minutes some people were called as they were being checked in so since I just left I wasn't going to wait anymore I had an hour drive back home so I didn't see a doctor I didn't get my blood work done I didn't get my medicine for the next year they made me an appointment for next year I'm not worried about that appointment I will have to find a doctor that can see me this year to get my blood work and my medicine
