Always wonderful! An entire office full of staff that is pleasant, professional, kind, attentive; from the front desk to the lab to the back office staff to the Doctors and NPs. Fully comfortable with the care received here.

Dr. Cox addressed all my concerns and proceeded to the next step of solutions to my problems and getting the proper prescriptions...It was my first visit and he also set me up with other specialists I need to see .. Overall with my lack of knowledge of what I went through, I was well informed by the staff, and I was very impressed ?????? Thanks ?

From the moment I limped in the door, I was made welcome and listened to. One of the front desk people brought me a wheelchair and made me comfortable. A medical assistant came out to the lobby and took me back to a room (early, even!). She went over my medication list and other info. Then Dr. Cox came in. He was already familiar with my history, and he asked me very intelligent questions. He really listened to me. I came away with appropriate referrals for ongoing care. I am making an appointment ASAP for my husband to see Dr. Cox to initiate care!
