I had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes never saw the doctor cuz my husband had an appointment and he got through with his in no time I watched everybody that came in there and they only sat there for about 5 minutes some people were called as they were being checked in so since I just left I wasn't going to wait anymore I had an hour drive back home so I didn't see a doctor I didn't get my blood work done I didn't get my medicine for the next year they made me an appointment for next year I'm not worried about that appointment I will have to find a doctor that can see me this year to get my blood work and my medicine

Since day one, this practice has met or exceeded every expectation. Dr Cox is a great listener and works WITH me, not just writing an Rx and moving on. The staff is like the Chik Fil A of Wellstar. They clearly are on a mission to provide the best service and finest care possible.

Dr. Cox is a phenomenal doctor. I really appreciate his thoroughness, his bedside manners, his attention to detail, his ability to communicate with the patient and really give a full and complete explanation of what I need to do or, you know, what he recommends. And he's just very trustworthy and knowledgeable. And he's quick and to the point and gets me in and out of there, but I never feel like something is missed or overturned. So I highly recommend him.

The changes Wellstar is having is concerning to me. The sweet lady, who usually greets me, had been moved...answering phones???? The person there was kind and helpful. When/if I return what changes will I find. As you can see, I'm not fond of change when there's no reason to change. I do appreciate Dr. Cox, he was attentive and helped with my health concerns. I'm thinking changes had nothing to do with patient care, it's all about money. Prayers for leaders of Wellstar

He's basically the general that's running the other doctors. So yeah, great guy, great doctor. Don't want another.

I had to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes never saw the doctor cuz my husband had an appointment and he got through with his in no time I watched everybody that came in there and they only sat there for about 5 minutes some people were called as they were being checked in so since I just left I wasn't going to wait anymore I had an hour drive back home so I didn't see a doctor I didn't get my blood work done I didn't get my medicine for the next year they made me an appointment for next year I'm not worried about that appointment I will have to find a doctor that can see me this year to get my blood work and my medicine
