I met my brother for his appt as I had a lot of questions, Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. NP Kirkland went above and beyond to answer all questions including those I had about his past visits. She called the nursing facility where he resides since they weren't answering my calls. She didn't give up until she reached someone. She called the next day with an update and to see if there were more questions Thanks to everyone !!!

The technology failed on her end. I was logged in and waited for her to join for at least 10 minutes before she messaged me in the chat since I could not hear or see her. Then, she sent me a link via text so we tried to chat through a tiny phone screen. In the middle of that, she hung up and we had to reconnect. Even though this was a follow up visit, I had to explain everything all over again since I was not seeing the same doctor. She then had to relay everything back to the doctor and call me back again. It should not have been this difficult to get some answers.
