All of the staff here are so friendly and sweet! They take extra care of you and they always try to get to know their patients, I came a couple of times and they remembered some personal things about me that made me feel seen! They really try their best to make the students who come in here feel like they really care about their wellbeing and they will take extra steps to help you figure out the cause of your issues! I appreciate all of your hard work, and always taking extra care of us students!

It was a very quick and efficient service/ appointment and I really appreciated it! The staff were all very friendly and I felt comfortable pretty quickly with them.

My experience was good and I had no complaints, but if I had had a serious issue, there should have been a doctor on staff. My only complaint is no doctor on call.

This is the first time I am ever writing a negative review, but my experience was truly horrible. I wanted to do an iron blood test but the hospital couldn't tell me how much would that cost. So, they gave me a phone number and that's where the whole problem began. I was transferred approximately 8 times and unfortunately nobody really knew the answer. During the last conversation lady gave a phone number to call to figure that out which was probably the third different number I received. She hang up on me and once I tried to call the number it didn't exist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. No complains to KSU Wellstar clinic itself as I believe they had good intentions and tried to help me. However the phone operators need to be trained and be informed better. They also need to be more empathetic and polite. Unfortunately I still don't know what to do. My question was simple- How much does iron check blood test cost. Sadly nobody knew and phone operators were not willing to help me wither.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in, she was awesome. She was on the phone with a guest. She found a stopping point, put them on a brief hold, took care of me as needed, and immediately got back to the guest on the phone. Very professional on both counts. And then I was there early. And she went back and checked with the doctors and they were able to check me in, go ahead, and get me seen without having to wait for my scheduled appointment time. Again, she was just really awesome and she deserves a thumbs up across the board. Thank you.

The nurses, the doctor was amazing, loved her bedside manner. And even the technician that did the CAT scan and all the other things, they were amazing. And yes, we would go back in a heartbeat. She covered all the bases with diagnostic tests at her disposal at the UC and then gave me further directions and what to say to my doctor for follow up care. Jamie's skill and attention to detail was most impressive. I will recommend this UC to friends and family.

This is the first time I am ever writing a negative review, but my experience was truly horrible. I wanted to do an iron blood test but the hospital couldn't tell me how much would that cost. So, they gave me a phone number and that's where the whole problem began. I was transferred approximately 8 times and unfortunately nobody really knew the answer. During the last conversation lady gave a phone number to call to figure that out which was probably the third different number I received. She hang up on me and once I tried to call the number it didn't exist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. No complains to KSU Wellstar clinic itself as I believe they had good intentions and tried to help me. However the phone operators need to be trained and be informed better. They also need to be more empathetic and polite. Unfortunately I still don't know what to do. My question was simple- How much does iron check blood test cost. Sadly nobody knew and phone operators were not willing to help me wither.
