I definitely appreciate it that when I rolled in and registered in 5 minutes after that I was called into the back and I was greeted by two I'm assuming nurses or assistance to the doctor and a check me in asked me information my prescriptions and all of the above that was pleasant kind respectful after that I went to lab they was kind and respectful as well so I appreciate it the courtesy and the mannerism of the staff there I rate your a thousand in the etiquette and of the profession of performance.

waiting room entirely too cold for the elderly or people that are sick and the staff are freezing out there. The patient area in the back is fine. My Doctor was way behind so they let me go back to work and called me when he was free. I appreciated that.
