Love my Doctor and his staff.

The issue I have is either the reception but not really the people. They are stuck behind these plexiglass barriers and it it is very hard to hear them. Second issue was the doctor told me to schedule a return visit on 6 months but they tell me the calendar does not go out that far and that I would need to call at a later date. That is poor and possibly lost business because I come to appointments but may not call and schedule one later.

The front desk staff did a great job, I think her name was Tykeria. They also checked on me to make sure I had been helped when I was in the lobby after my visit. The CMA who did my intake was very engaging and helpful. Dr. James Foster always listens to my concerns and provides great care.

Dr. Foster was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He was very polite and listened to my concerns. He has good bedside manners. Everything went well and timely, even down to ordering blood work through the hospital laboratory and transmitting prescription to my local pharmacy.

I definitely appreciate it that when I rolled in and registered in 5 minutes after that I was called into the back and I was greeted by two I'm assuming nurses or assistance to the doctor and a check me in asked me information my prescriptions and all of the above that was pleasant kind respectful after that I went to lab they was kind and respectful as well so I appreciate it the courtesy and the mannerism of the staff there I rate your a thousand in the etiquette and of the profession of performance.

waiting room entirely too cold for the elderly or people that are sick and the staff are freezing out there. The patient area in the back is fine. My Doctor was way behind so they let me go back to work and called me when he was free. I appreciated that.
